Hello. My name is Trevor McCalister. I am a Part time seller here on E-Bay and my wife is a Full time BUYER!! I take much pride in my feedback and my listings! I believe that communication is key in any transaction and I try to provide the BEST customer service to my buyers!! A happy customer is a repeat customer! I am looking forward to my wife having her own store here shortly-Maybe the begining of next year! She LIVES for E-Bay and she is a home maker so this could be an extra income of sorts.- Or at least help us pay for all the things that she buys!LOL! I am going to let my wife have the second paragraph to go more into her details. I only accept PayPal at this time, it has been the safest and fastest way to pay. We do NOT accept returns UNLESS the item was listed incorrectly. I am very detailed in my listings and if there is an occasion that a refund is needed it will be cash back. The shipping cost of sending the item back to me are the buyer's responsibility. I ask that those members with Feedback scores of 0 or lower contact me BEFORE bidding or I will remove the bid. Fat Butt And Pancake Head Out To Dinner

Greetings All! My name is Stephanie McCalister and I wanted to give more detail to our "ABOUT US" page. My husband works Full time outside of the home and I am currently a stay at home mom. I take care of MOST of the E-Bay business as far as answering the questions that come in and even doing some of the listings! My BIGGEST role so far has been the BUYING aspect of E-Bay!! I love to shop and look around different catagories! What a HUGE selection!-And I can do it in my P.J.'s!! Every now and then I will list some of my own things or my daughter's clothing that she either can't fit or doesn't wear! I send out all the invoices and messages to our customers. I also handle some of the packaging and labeling of our items. I like to personalize our packages by sending a handwritten note thanking the customer for their purchase! I am hoping to open my own E-Bay store in the near future. I am trying to do the research here on E-Bay but I always end up browsing around for things to buy! Hopefully, after the new year I will have more perspective. I would love the opportunity to work from home! we usually ship out our items 2-3 days after receipt of payment. If it is going to be longer I always E-Mail the buyer and explain the situation! I haven't had one complaint to date!! OK, now to our name! Fat Butt And Pancake Head, we are HUGE fans of a show called South Park that airs on Comedy Central and they did an episode titled Fat Butt And Pancake Head. It was basicaly a spoof about J-Lo and Ben Affleck and it is HYSTERICAL! If you ever get the chance to see it please do! It is on Season 7 Episode 5. I am such a fan of that show that I am including a link to the fan website. You can download sounds, wallpaper, IM Icons, and Screen Savers.
