Most of the model kits offered here are highly detailed and easy to assemble. As you browse through the store and look at the available items you will see many models and other products with different levels of quality and complexity, ranging from novice to advanced.

We maintain a large inventory of models from many manufactures. We cannot ,however, guarantee every item is in stock at the time you place your order. Most suppliers fill our requests promptly so the delay is short.
All products sold by Federation Models are the responsibility of the individual producer. If the item you receive is defective we will help you resolve any problems you may have with the producer. Any items sold with "defective casting" are sold as is.
Resin model kits are hand made and are not perfect. Minor flaws in the castings of resin models such as bubbles or missing small details are not uncommon and at our discression will not be covered. If you feel you are not able to correct or make minor repairs to the pieces then please do not order these kits.
Additional Policy Information
Buyer pays postage costs plus $2.50 handling fee. Overseas shipping will be doubled for surface shipping and tripled for air.
SAVE MONEY, Take advantage of combination shipping! Adding additional model kits to your order typically only adds $1.00-$2.00 to the S/H cost. Decals and small accurizing parts may be added to your order for no additional S/H cost.
Customers are responsible for insuring orders, we suggest you do. Contact us within 10 days if an item is damaged. S&H fees are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
