A little about us:
We live in Hope Mills, NC. We have run an auto repair shop for the last 14 years. Most of our business comes from the military men & women stationed here at Fort Bragg, NC. After living in the same house for 15 years we moved and discovered how much stuff we had accumulated over the years. We decided to try Ebay and after the first few sales started to really enjoy it. We continue to Ebay now to supplement the loss of business that we have experienced due to all the soldiers that have been and are continuing to be deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. These soldiers are not only our customers but our friends and some are family. We continue to hope for all of their safe return.
Payments: I prefer Paypal but will also accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks. I do not accept personal checks. Payment should be made within 7 days of the end of the auction unless other arrangements have been made. If you are sending a Money Order or Cashiers Check please e-mail me to let me know. If you are bidding on more than one auction please wait until the last auction ends and use that auctions e-mail to check-out or request an invoice from me. The weight of the items will be combined to calculate shipping and you will only be charged one handling fee.
Shipping: Shipping & handling covers the costs of shipping your item, time spent packaging and materials used, as well as frequent trips to the post office so your item arrives as soon as possible. Insurance is offered on all my listings and it is up to you as a buyer to purchase it if you want it. I put time and care into packaging items as securely as possible and I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. I only ship via USPS and so far have not had any issues! Buyers outside of the United States are responsible for all taxes, tariffs or custom fees that may be incurred. Sometimes, the price difference to upgrade shipping in so minimal that I will upgrade for you so your package arrives quicker! Returns: Refunds will be issued as cash back. Shipping fees are non-refundable. I make every attempt to describe items accurately,to give all manufacturer's system requirements on software and to give copyright dates when available. Please do not expect a used item to be brand new out of the box! I only list items as new if they are BRAND NEW. Please e-mail me with any questions prior to bidding and I will answer to the best of my ability. If there is a problem please contact me so we can resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback!
