Your postal service is often very slow! Nearly half the time I send something to UK, Canada or Italy, I am forced to respond to "where-is-my-parcel" emails. This is as frustrating for me as it is for you. I send everything soon after payment is received but 30 days in transit is not unusual. If your parcel is late, please inquire at your local customs or post office. Often, they hold the parcel for no apparent reason. If you give me your phone number, I put it on the customs form in the hope that your post office will contact you if there is a problem.

I prefer check or money order. I will accept PayPal from US customers with a confirmed address ONLY. This is due to the terms of the PayPal contract, which leave non-confirmed and/or non-domestic transactions open to fraudulent chargebacks or other abuse.
Non-confirmed domestic customers are advised to complete PayPal's simple confirmation process or pay by check or money order. Overseas customers are advised to use International Money Orders, Western Union or cash via registered mail.
