FLIGHTLINE FABRICATIONS
We recognize that members of the aviation and aerospace communities as well as members of the military, both past and present, are justifiably
proud of their experiences and accomplishments. It is our goal to produce the highest quality products which commemorate and recognize these
people, their machines and their experiences.
Founded in 2006, Flightline Fabrications brings you a wide assortment of original aviation and military related vinyl graphics, signs,
plaques, photo prints and patches. Our products are original works, created by Flightline Fabrications’ artists with painstaking attention to
detail and accuracy. Starting with three simple stickers we have grown from this humble beginning to offer well over 1600 outstanding
products, each backed by our highest quality customer service.
OUR FOUNDERS
Nathan has enjoyed a love and enthusiasm for aircraft of all types since his earliest years of childhood when his grandfather would take him
flying in his vintage Ercoupe. He is a US Army veteran having served in both the Oregon National Guard and active duty with the 3rd US
Infantry Regiment "The Old Guard" at Ft. Myer in Arlington, VA. He loves to draw and is the hand behind the majority of Flightline
Fabrications' original products.
Bryan has a background in graphic design, photography and business and handles the production and shipping end of Flightline Fabrications.
He adds a tremendous artistic eye to our business and brings a love for aviation especially the WWII years. Bryan is a dedicated Flying
Tigers (AVG) enthusiast and outstanding professional photographer.

Policies
SHIPPING
Domestic Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual item listing. Generally
orders received on Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday while those received on Monday through Wednesday ship the following
Thursday. Size and volume of orders may cause minor alterations in shipping days. Please contact us prior to placing your order if there is
concern about your order arriving for a specific date.
International Orders:
All international (non-US) orders are shipped via USPS International Airmail Post unless specifically stated in the individual item listing.
Generally orders received on Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday while those received on Monday through Wednesday ship the
following Thursday. Size and volume of orders may cause minor alterations in shipping days. Please contact us prior to placing your order if
there is concern about your order arriving for a specific date.
Any taxes and/or tariffs due are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. A fair and accurate statement of value will be printed on
any customs forms as applicable.
General:
To protect both you, the customer and Flightline Fabrications, we are only able to ship to a Paypal registered address when payment is
received through Paypal. If paying with check or money order please include the shipping address if other than your registered eBay
address.
Tracking:
Only those orders shipped via domestic USPS Priority Mail are eligible for tracking services. The USPS does not provide tracking information
on First Class postage. If you require tracking information for your order, please contact us prior to placing your order for alternative
shipping options.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Your Flightline Fabrications product was created specifically for you. We produce our items to-order to keep both our costs and our prices
low. For this reason we are not able to accept returns and all sales are final.
If you have received an incorrect item or if you requested a specific color and did not receive that color, please contact us immediately
at Sales@FlightlineFabrications.com. Your correct item(s) will ship as soon as possible
at no additional charge.
If your order was damaged or destroyed in shipping, please return it to the post office and refuse delivery due to the damage, then contact
us at Sales@FlightlineFabrications.com to let us know what has happened. Upon receipt
of your return we will reship your order as quickly as possible at no additional charge.
If you have received the correct item but in the default color because you did not specify a color when placing your order, you can
exchange for the desired color. Simply reseal the unwanted item(s) in the mailer they arrived in, along with a note stating the reason for
the exchange. Please include funds for the second postage dependant on the size/style of mailer your order arrived in (see prices below).
Write “RETURN TO SENDER” on the front of the mailer and place back in the mail. Please also notify us of your exchange at Sales@FlightlineFabrications.com. Upon receipt of your return we will ship you the desired
item(s) as quickly as possible.
