Art was always my favorite part of school, and as my teenage years approached I took as many art classes as I could fit into my schedule. (painting, sketching, photography, ceramics, casting jewelry, glass etching,dichroic glass, charcoals, oil pastels, water colors, oils) Of course I wanted to learn the basics, but I never took a class to LEARN - the truth is you either have an eye for art or you don‘t. Art classes were just an awesome way to enjoy CREATING! And through all the years of classes I learned which styles I hated (portraits, sketching, charcoals, sculpting) and which I loved (painting, abstract, pointillism, anything with circles). I have been in the art field for over 20 years. Since 1995 I have been a stay at home mommy. I now HOMESCHOOL both of my children (Christian 9 & Amy 13). I also run the business end of my husbands window cleaning service. Not always a glamorous life but a REWARDING one. Now that my little ones aren’t so little anymore I’m finding the TIME to FINALLY dive BODY first back into art!
Lately I have been working with PARTS of THE BODY rather than painting with good old fashion brushes. The majority of work being listed will be done completely with my BREASTS. The others will comprise of FOOT only & THUMBPRINT only paintings! I hope you enjoy viewing these paintings as much as I LOVED creating them!
