                THE ROMANCE OF CAMEO

We began on ebay in 2000 with some minor purchases. Then one day I bought a cameo and a new life began. At first I began putting together a few pieces to sell, I then expanded to hair jewelry. We soon found we could buy great jewelry items wholesale and my daughter, Lisa, began selling jewelry components (cameo depot supplies). My daughter Nannette was selling her paintings (Rosiesshire) but found her 8 children and 5 horses did not leave her much time to paint. Lisa, a single mom, was soon able to be a full time at home mom with income from ebay and her own websites selling jewelry components wholesale and with her own brand of solid bar hand lotion and lip balm(Bare Paws). Lisa started selling at farmer's markets in 2002. She now sells our products, including costumes we are making, at farmers markets, renaissance fairs and conventions in several states. One of our funnest events was the Lord of the Rings Oscar Party in Hollywood where we first started offering headdresses and elvin cameos, plus a special "Into the West" Pendants and Lotion for tired Hobbit Feet. In Oct. of 2005 Lisa and I moved with her 3 children to be closer to family in Colorado. I was able to retire from my full time work with teens in crisis (which I really do miss) and concentrate on my 26 grandchildren (one beautiful great grand daughter) and of course The Romance of Cameo. Ebay has been a great blessing to our family. We are so very thankful to ebay and all our great customers who make this all possible for us.

OUR PRODUCTS:

MEASUREMENTS: ALL ITEMS ARE MEASURED IN MM: I INCH EQUAL ABOUT 28MM. 40X30 CAMEO IS ABOUT 1.5 INCHES BY 1 3/8 INCHES. 25X18MM CAMEO IS ABOUT 1 INCH BY 2/4 INCH AND AN 18X13MM CAMEO IS ABOUT 3/4 INCH BY 1/2 INCH.

CAMEOS...most of our cameos are resin and are new. We are able to get some vintage cameos (made in the 1930s to 1970's)

SETTINGS... our better settings and all stampings are made from molds created in the early 1900's (Victorian Era). They are new, made from brass and plated with antiqued gold and sterling silver or silver ox. We do offer the lighter weight imported settings for a greater savings, these are gold or silver plated as are all our chains and other findings.

This includes delivery confirmation and tracking . Auction items will be charged at the usual fee. Insurance can be added at your option.If you wish Priority Shipping the cost will be an additional $3.00.

WE NO LONGER WILL BE MAILING TO ITALY BECAUSE OF LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES GOING TO THAT COUNTRY UNLESS YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIPMENT IN CASE OF LOSS OR DAMAGE.
