We try to make every order as easy as possible. We accept a plethora of payment choices and ship orders right away for customer convenience. We are not responsible for lost mail payments or electronic payments sent to the wrong address.
 

We only charge actual shipping charges. We ship exclusively by USPS Priority Mail, a 2 day service for the entire U.S. Delivery Confirmation is mandatory on all orders for a $0.65 charge, this provides tracking information. Insurance is recommended but optional. Insurance charges are based upon the final auction value. For more information, please see the USPS Priority Mail Pricing.

After the auctions end a personal email will go out to the winner with payment details. We ask that the winner respond to this email within 48 hours with their address and payment type. Payment is expected in 10 days. Failure to comply with the auctions terms will result in negative feedback and the relisting of the auction.

We ask that you insure your items as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment. Also we are not responsible for lost payments. If you do insure your item and there are problems, we will promptly furnish you with all necessary receipts and assist with a replacement.

For auctions over $199, Paypal must ship to the confirmed address, unless otherwise specified.
International orders are accepted for certain auctions, please check the auction description to be sure. International shipping is dependent on the destination. All shipping fees, duties, and customs are the buyers responsibility. Computers are never shipped internationally, please do not ask. We do not process credit cards directly, we have no way to.

We do not accept returns on our auctions. Our auctions have many pictures and detailed descriptions to accurately represent the auction item. We sell off alot of computer related items. We agree with the manufacturers on the level of "known issues" allowed. No computer item is perfect, that's just how it is and that is how most all manufacturers think. The computer items we sell are as perfect as you would find in a store or directly from the manufacturer. If items are damaged during shipment, it is up to the insuring company for monetary compensation. We will be as helpful as possible. If items are not insured, we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail. Please keep all packaging, these are necessary for insurance claims.
