My name is Jeanette, I live in a small farming community in Delaware with my husband Pat of 9 years and our two furry sons Sam and Frodo.  I am currently a District Manager for a retail chain and have been in retail for about 18 years or so.  The funny thing about retail is you either love it or hate it.  There is no in between in this business!!  I started out my professional life in banking but soon found it to be boring.  I was in a serious car accident and needed the freedom to have a flex schedule so I could go to my PT appointments along with the many Doctor appointments that I had to endure for 2+ years.  I found a position at Montgomery Ward selling furniture.  That is where I fell in love with retail.  I found I just loved talking to people about their homes, helping them chose how to spend a good amount of their hard earned money was such a responsibility.  I wanted to make sure that the customer received the best quality furniture and exactly what they wanted while at the same time making money for my family as I was working on straight commission.  If the customer was not happy with the delivered product I was not happy because I received no paycheck from the commission nor did that customer come back when they needed another room redecorated.  Montgomery Ward taught me how to appreciate my customers, how to ensure they were happy, satisfied and how to turn them into repeat customers.

I decided to start selling on e bay again after I had stopped back in 2003.  The summer of 2003 I had taken off work to regroup and re-energize.  I was designing and selling graphs for cross stitch and crochet afghans along with some handcrafted crocheted projects.  I then went back to work and e bay went on the back burner. 

I now have some extra time on my hands so here I am.  Hubby and I are cleaning house so to speak.  A lot of the items we have listed are from our personal collection of "stuff" Most items are new or in excellent used condition (EUC).  I will describe each item in as much detail as possible.  What I cannot describe plenty of photos will be supplied. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.  I will return all questions within 24 hours, actually more like 2 hours but sometimes things happen.  If you bid on an item payment is expected in 7 days unless arrangements are made prior. I promise to mail the package out to you within 2 days of cleared payment.  Checks will have a 7 day hold.  I want your experience to a very pleasant one with e bay.  There is no reason for anyone to not have a happy buying experience with me.   Feedback will be given as soon as payment is received.  At that point your part of the transaction is over and mine begins.  Please remember to leave feedback for me as well.  This is a very important part of e bay.  It helps protect you the buyer by keeping prices lower by keeping the fees for the sellers lower.  It helps the sellers by keeping non paying buyers from bidding.
