Purchase/Bidding agreement
By bidding on any auctions from Gamezforless, you (the customer/ebayer) are 100% agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. Please fully read before bidding. No exceptions once you have placed a bid on our auctions.
Games/Consoles
All new games and game consoles are NON-REFUNDABLE once they are opened and we will not be able to exchange them. All games sold under the condition of "used" or "as is" are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions, sorry. Please note, the import games for sale are in Japanese, unless otherwise stated. PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, and Gamecube import Games are only compatible with Asian/Japanese Systems. DS, PSP, and PS3 Import Games are compatible with U.S, Asian, and Japanese Systems.
Local Pick-ups
For the safety of our team members and Gamezforless, we currently do not allow for any local pickups. Sorry about that, but safety comes first.
International shipments (excluding Canada)
Gamezforless is not responsible for any taxes and/or duties associated with international shipments (All shipments other than domestic). Customer is responsible for any and all duties/taxes/tariffs. We serve only as the exporter and DO NOT pay for any of the taxes/duties/tariffs. All BROKERAGE fees are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder/buyer
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO Addresses, US Protectorates/Territories
We are proud to serve the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO Addresses, Virgin Islands, Guam, and other US Protectorates/Territories.
Please be sure to check for the additional fees that apply if you do live in one of these territories. If those fees are not paid for, your order will not be processed and package will not be shipped until those fees are collected.
Unfortunately, there are a few items that we will not be able to send to certain territories due to size, weight, and/or dimensions. Please check prior to bidding or purchasing. Sorry.

PAYMENT TERMS

We are Paypal Verified. With over 100,000+ Verified Buyers, we are proud to express Paypal as our preferred method of payment. If you plan to pay with Paypal and have a P.O. box address, please be sure to provide a physical address (Non P.O. box) in case we use any other carrier besides USPS. Combined orders of more than $25.00USD
If the auction, fixed price listing, or if you have combined auctions totaling $25.00USD or greater and you plan to pay with Paypal. You must have a confirmed address at the time of payment. Any payments with unconfirmed addresses will not be processed, and buyer will be refunded. If your order's value is greater than or equal to $25.00USD and you plan to pay via money order/cashiers' checks/certified check, please be sure to include the ship to address.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. However, no international Credit Card is accepted. If you do not wish to pay by Paypal or money order/cashiers' checks/certified checks, please make sure you choose the credit card payment option when checking out. Once you have completed checkout and are ready to make a payment, please email support@gamezfl.com. A representative will be in contact with you shortly to complete the checkout. Please have your item number (Located at the upper right portion of your winning auction) and credit card information ready. Please do not ask the representative any questions about the auction since his or her job is only to process payments.
Money Orders, Cashiers' Checks
We accept all money orders and cashiers' checks. Please make sure that all money orders/cashiers' checks include the eBay item number on any blank portion of the payment for quicker processing. Those without the item number will be notified and please expect delays ranging from 3-14 business days. Please be sure to include the grand total stated at the bottom of your invoice on your money order/cashiers' check.
Personal Checks and Payments
Unfortunately, we no longer accept personal checks due to fraud and numerous personal checks that have bounced throughout the years. If we do receive a personal check, you will be notified and asked to provide an alternative payment method.

Please make sure that all payments sent is in USD (United States Dollar) Currency.
Sales Tax
California State law requires that we charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders made within the state of California.
Confirm address before making payment - Rerouting a package
If your address at the time of payment is not correct or if you have not updated it prior to making a payment, we are not responsible for fees associated with rerouting your package via FedEx or UPS. Customer will be held 100% responsible. Please make sure your address is current before making payment.

SHIPPING TERMS
Order Processing Time Frame and Shipping Days
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All completed orders (checkout and payment completed) will be shipped out in within 24-48 hours except on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. If a holiday falls on a weekday, we will not ship that day.
Shipping and Handling charges are Non-refundable.
The ONLY time that shipping and handling charges will be refunded is if you are accidentally shipped an incorrect product and no longer want the product you ordered due to time constraints. Otherwise, there are no exceptions as the shipping and handling charges will have been applied. Please keep in mind that you are agreeing to this by bidding on this auction.
Canada Customers
You will receive your package(s) via UPS International Ground, UPS Express, or FedEx Express Priority Mail. Please take a look at the Shipping and Handling Section for the type of service used for the specified auction. We, the exporter, are not responsible for any brokerage fees incurred by customer importing / receiving goods ordered. All BROKERAGE fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer / importer.
International Shipments
All international shipments (excluding Canada) will be shipped either via FedEx Express Priority Mail or UPS Express, unless otherwise stated.
Insurance
You have an option to purchase shipping insurance at the time of checkout. Please be sure to take care of insurance at that time because we will not and cannot add insurance once package is in route.
Rerouting a package

Tracking your Package with USPS
Services used with USPS are Priority Mail and First Class Mail. Currently, those two services do not offer any tracking numbers. The only tracking information we receive from them is "delivery confirmation". You will receive shipment confirmation e-mail the moment we print your label and ship your order. The shipment confirmation email will contain your delivery confirmation number and address it's being shipped to. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive an email within 48 hours after your payment during business days.
Tracking your Package with UPS or FedEx
You will receive an email with your tracking number if you're package is being shipped by either UPS or FedEx within 48 hours during business days. Please click on the links in the email to view your package progress.
Third-party shipping
We do not allow for customers to use their own UPS/FEDEX/DHL/USPS account to ship any item(s) due to many difficulties faced over the years.
25% Discount on Multiple Item Purchase Rule
Multiple auction purchases will be calculated by the highest shipping plus 25% off each additional item's shipping cost. If an item with lower shipping is purchased first, the higher shipping charge will remain at the normal rate. The 25% discount does not apply to auctions that have already been paid for, but only to those which have not yet been paid for and then combined into one invoice.
USPS (United States Postal Service)
All packages shipped through USPS will have a ¡§confirmation¡¨ number. This confirmation number is the USPS term for tracking number. Although every package has a tracking #, it is only viewable by us, the seller. Please do not ask for a tracking #, as you will only see the electronic notification of the package. Please keep in mind that the confirmation # is only for delivery confirmation and is not a tracking number like UPS or FEDEX tracking. The delivery confirmation will only show that we¡¦ve notified USPS for shipment of the package. The information will be updated on the website once your local post office has received the parcel and then once again when the package has been delivered.
UPS (United Postal Service)
Depending on the size and weight of your package, we may decide to ship the parcel through UPS. All packages shipped through UPS will have a step by step tracking number. When the package arrives at a certain destination or UPS station, the package will receive an updated status that you are able to view online. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your packages to be delivered and arrive at your doorstep. During holiday or busy seasons, the ground packages may take a few days longer to be delivered.
FEDEX (Federal Express)
Depending on the size and weight of your package, we may decide to ship the parcel through Fedex. All packages shipped through Fedex will have a step by step tracking number. When the package arrives at a certain destination or Fedex station, the package will receive an updated status that you are able to view online. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your packages to be delivered and arrive at your doorstep. During holiday or busy seasons, the ground packages may take a few days longer to be delivered.
Shipping & Handling charges include various fees; some of which include freight charges, material costs, packaging materials, and more.


REFUND POLICY
GamezForLess offers a 30 Day Return Policy. We want our valued buyers to be 100% satisfied, however, certain rules apply to the return policy. Please read further about our Return/Exchange Policy.
Warranty
We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to ensure that you're 100% satisfied. Some products we carry offer manufacturers warranty in which the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer for a replacement. If you have a problem with your product within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, please contact us immediately. This does not apply to new and used consoles.
Damaged/Incorrect Item Received
If you receive your package and find that it is defective or you received something different or not as described, we will gladly replace the product for you, even if the auction states, "Sales are Final". Please keep in mind this is ONLY if the unit received is defective. We'll be happy to facilitate a replacement for you once we receive the product back in our warehouse. The timeframe for which to report the defective item is 14 days of receipt of merchandise. From there, you have 30 days to return the product, after which we will no longer accept the return.
Games and Software Policy
All brand new domestic and imported games sold are non-refundable once the seal has been broken. If you have purchased a game in error, we will ONLY accept the return if it has not yet been opened.
Shipments Damaged by Carrier
If you receive your package and the inner contents are damaged, please contact us a.s.a.p. If possible, please take a picture of the damaged box and items immediately. We will then use your photos and descriptions to file a damage claim with the carrier. Once the claim is complete and the carrier issues us a refund check, we will do our very best to send a replacement a.s.a.p. Please keep in mind that this process may take anywhere from 7-14 business days. We will only supply an exchange when there is a damage claim, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Sorry.
