I give prompt, honest, reliable and fast service; whether I am buying or selling.

I usually respond to e-mails within 10 hours.

I offer great deals on items that are worth more than the starting bid price.

I am willing to go the extra step to satisfy any customer.

I offer accurate shipping costs and never try to over charge. If I find out that the shipping comes out to be less than what I paid then I will refund the money, even if it is only a couple cents. I've done it before.

I got 2 unfair negative feedbacks. One was from a seller who complained that I was not satisfied with my order and didn't accept a replacement product for a defective item. The seller did refund me, but never sent a replacement product. I thought everything was settled, but then I got a negative rating from the seller. That seller is no longer selling on eBay. Another one was from a buyer who thought the camera was a 100% working camera. I made a video on the page to show that it did not work! I do not know how to make it more clear.
