WELCOME! Let's Get Personal I know that not many eBayers read About Me pages, but I sometimes like to know a little about whom I am dealing with. So, on that note, I will tell you a little bit about myself. After a brief absence, I am hoping to jump back on the bandwagon and start listing some fabulous items. Literally, I have hundreds of things that I need to put on, but so little time! I took this brief absence because of a major life-changing event that happened on Feb. 21 of this year. It was on that day that my wonderful husband of 18 years suddenly died. I had talked to him about an hour before it happened, and he was fine, very upbeat and happy, which he was about 99% of his life. To say I was shocked and stunned is an understatement. We have a beautiful 8-year old daughter, who now will never get to know her Daddy as she grows up, and who my husband will not get to see grow into a young woman. Our daughter is the love of our lives, and she has been through so much in her short time. She was born with Goldenhar Syndrome, and has so far had 13 surgeries. She is just one of the miracles that God has blessed me with! God has also blessed me with the overwhelming love and support of my Mom and step-dad, and also with the many friends who have been there with me, devoting time, energy, and resources to help me through this hard time. If not for them, I don't know what I would do, and believe me I have thought the worst, fearing what may lay ahead, and having to live without my best friend, soulmate, and confidante. If you have stayed with this post for this long, I appreciate your time. It is the many friends I have made on eBay that makes it all so much fun. eBay has given me so much more than a "way to make extra money". This venue has given me a wonderful circle of friends, the SSG girls, who have also made it easier for me, in so many ways. I love each and every one of them, and hope that I can live up to their support in me. Everyone has truly shown me that without faith, friends, and love, we are truly lost! Back To Business My goal is to make every transaction as easy and pleasant as possible. You can expect prompt post-sale service, and a friendly response to emails. And best of all, my Store is always open! Below are some FAQs, but if I left something out, please feel free to pop me a line! What payment methods do you accept? I accept Paypal, money orders, or cashiers checks. Items will be shipped to the address associated with your Paypal account. PayPal payments are expected within 3 days. If mailing a money order or check, I would appreciate an email to let me know, and it should be postmarked within 3 days of purchase. If a PayPal payment includes an unconfirmed address and it is over $50.00, I may choose to deny it and request another form of payment. How do you ship, and when can I receive my item? We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic and international transactions. Your order will be shipped either First Class or Priority Mail, which can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays after payment is received. Shipping costs include delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional, and recommended. Do you accept International orders? Yes, we can process orders from most any country! We ship orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS), using either Global Priority or First Class International. Please note that shipping will be higher if you are outside of the U.S.A., and the buyer is responsible for any additional charges like duties and customs taxes. International bidders will need to pay in US currency, preferably with PayPal. Please email me for a quote on shipping charges to your country. I'll work with you on shipping your item economically, so that you won't pay unnecessary charges. Customs slips are marked as merchandise, with the amount of purchase only. How do you handle returns? I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisified for any reason, you may return your purchase in its original condition within 5 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). We do not accept returns on items after that period of time. Do you offer combined shipping? Yes! Shipping charges are calculated as follows: pay the highest shipping quoted, then add $1.50 for each additional item. This excludes Outerwear and Suits. How can I tell if an item fits me? For each item offered, you will find measurements listed. The best way to determine fit is to take a personal favorite item of your clothing, and measure that. Then, compare those measurements to the item in question. Please note - I do adhere to the eBay rules for non-paying bidders. If I have not received payment or a response within 7 days of auction end, I will begin the UID process, and follow through with it if items are not paid for. I also reserve the right to offer items through second chance offers on the 7th day after auction end. Remember, communication is essential! I am flexible and accomodating, to a degree. So, stay in touch! To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received. Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
