Hi, my name is Billy-Ace Penguin Baker, I am a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer. I enlisted in the Navy in 1954 and retired in 1986 with 32 years of active duty service. From 1987 through 1999 I worked as a federal civil servant for the U.S. Navy in Pensacola, Florida doing compositon and layout of Navy Training Manual and special publications including Interactive Electronic Training Manuals as well as paper products.
When I went to Antarctica in 1962 I became known as Dragon Killer Supreme. During the cold, dark and stormy antarctic night I slew all the local dragons.
In 1967 I formed the famed MCMURDO DRAGON WATCH SOCIETY and we did slay all the dragons on the Antarctic continent. Even though I traveled to Antarcitca many times after 1967 I have not killed a single dragon since the infamous dragon round-up of 67. We now know that dragons are harmless and even pigs can fly if given enough thrust.
ANTARCTICA
From 1962 to 1980 I spent over 15 years in the United States Antarctic Program. During this time I developed an interest in the history of Antarctica and have been collecting books about that region ever since.
I started bidding on eBay early in 1998. I bid on just about everything that has anything to do with the icy continent. My favorites are books and penguins.
