SOME INFO: My name is Chance and I am taking over this Ebay site from my step-dad. I am 17 years old and a junior in high school. I only attend high school for 2 periods a day and then I go to a local community college to take the rest of my classes so that I receive high school and college credits. I should be a complete year ahead in college by the time I graduate from high school. Right now college is paid for by the State of Ohio through a special program that is based on grades. But, after high school I am going to need to pay for a lot of it by myself so I decided I needed a job. I tried working at a local fast food restaurant but between high school, college, football, and all of the studying I have to do, it made it really difficult to work until 11:00 at night, pull an all-nighter to finish a paper, then start the next day all over again. So here I am. My mom is helping me out with the listings and communication so I will need to spend a few hours per day packing, shipping, and testing (with the help of my step-dad). READ OUR AUCTION POLICIES BELOW: We ship twice weekly, Tuesday and Thursday. So if you win on Monday and your payment clears by 2:30pm eastern time on Tuesday your item will ship that day. Otherwise when your payment clears, it will be the next available ship day. If your buying an item for a special occasion and need it ASAP, let us know and we’ll work to get it out to you as quickly as possible. We prefer PayPal payments but we do accept checks and money orders. However, these typically take 7 to 10 business days to clear through the bank, after they clear we will ship your item out on the next shipping day. We will combine shipping and handling charges for 2 or more items if both items were won within the same 7 day period. If you live near us and would like to pick up your item, let us know. But, the transaction still must take place through Ebay. Please let us know if there are any problems or concerns. We have gone through all of our items and believe that honesty is the best policy. We know that occasionally something will act up after a couple of days that didn’t act up with us, if it does, let us know. We will do everything possible to make it right, including offering a 100% Money Back Guarantee if the item is returned within 7 days! You have 14 days from the ending date of the auction to pay for your item. We will invoice you and send two e-mails reminding you to pay for your item so that we can ship it. If we don’t receive any responses we will then mark it as unpaid and action will be taken. We give this 14 days to try and cover for vacations, out of town for work, etc. If you know you will be gone 14 days after the auction without access to a computer, please don’t bid. Feedback: According to Ebay University Online “Ebay has no rules for when a buyer or seller should leave feedback.” But, they state some common sense guidelines apply, “Buyers should wait to leave feedback until they have received their item in satisfactory condition. Sellers can leave feedback as soon as they have been paid and the item is shipped. But many sellers prefer to wait until the buyer has received the item and is fully satisfied with the transaction.” We go by the latter rule of thumb. Leaving us feedback lets us know that everything went O.K. and that our job is done. So when we receive your feedback we’ll send you ours, thus completing the transaction.
