Payment Information: Paypal is our preferred method of payment, however, we also accept money orders and cashier's checks.
Shipping Information: We usually ship within 2 business days after we receive your order, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
Refunds/Returns:
If you receive a damaged product we will send a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your item(s). Any item returned must be returned in its original packaging. We will not accept any unauthorized returns; you must contact us prior to any returns being made. Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable to us. Please refer to the manufacture's warrantee for return policies.
A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective merchandise. On occassion we may run out of stock on popular items and if this occurs we will notify you and issue a complete refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
