| I am very passionate about jewelry and gemstones. I am not a jeweler - but I consider myself to be extremely knowledgeable about jewelry. I have studied gemology and jewelry making for many years. My jewelry collection has grown and evolved over the years. I have studied the physical as well as the metaphysical properties of gemstones. I have made my own jewelry and cut my own gemstones and if I had it to do over again, I would have studied gemology in college instead of majoring in psychology - I would love to be a certified gemologist. I have been fascinated with gemstones ever since I was a little girl. I used to sit for hours and go through my mother's jewelry boxes - and she had many because jewelry was her passion too. |

I never thought I would start selling jewelry on eBay. I started out by buying jewelry on eBay because you can find some rare estate pieces and lovely handmade tribal pieces for sale. I realized that I had accumulated a lot of jewelry over the years and there were so many pieces I was not wearing (some were new and in the box), so I decided to list them for sale and let a new owner enjoy them. When I sell several pieces, I am on the lookout for something new and unusual for my own personal collection - call it a jewelry addiction. I think eBay is a very fun and interesting place. You never know what special treasure is waiting just for you.
My husband and I live in a quiet little village close to the Allegheny mountains with our three pet parrots. |
