Return Policy- Item may be returned within 7 days after receiving it if not satisfied. We offer a money back (paypal refund) no cash or checks, guarantee that our product is what is described and also is authentic. Shipping cost is non-refundable, and there is a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from refund. Item must be shipped and fully insured and in original condition with no tampering. Refund will be processed through paypal once item is received. We are reasonable people and please feel free to call with a concern or question on an item. We size all rings and watches up or down (gold only with rings) so we will contact you for info. on sizing. We dont charge you to do so, but it is your choice to have us do it or if you have a trusted jeweler. Your satisfaction is our upmost priority.
Note: All watches are Authenticated by an expert outside of our company inside and out to insure they are real. Watches are all at least one owner, they are serviced, and polished and cleaned if needed, we are new to Ebay but not new to the Jewelry buisiness. Lost packages - If this should ever happen we will track it down, we dont feel our job is done till you receive it. We will do the leg work.
Damaged package - If package is smashed on outside or you hear glass on the inside then do not open until you contact us. We rarely ship glass, as for jewelry if it is damaged please contact you may need to provide photo of damage. We send all jewelry highend and lower end in a box, wooden for highend items or watches. We are always available for questions or concerns. We are reasonable.
Payment - Due within 5 days of auction ending. No e-checks. Paypal only. If item not paid it will go back to auction. If you are combining items it is ok to pay for all at once . Just ask and we always can work something out.
I do not sell outside of ebay. My jewelry store is a seperate buisiness if it is on ebay it goes through ebay. If you inquire what items I will be listing or have a request just ask and I will see what I have and let you know when i will be listing and if it is auction or buy it nows. i dont do reserves, I will place a starting bid that I feel is right for that item.
All items are authentic and checked out before we purchase them, I can always provide more info or photos for high priced items so you the buyer feel more informed and secure with your purchase. This month I am featuring my $5.99 to $9.99 signed and unsigned costume jewelry, some vintage some new. I have enjoyed selling and of course buying on ebay this last year. And with gas prices ebay shopping you never leave the house to drive anywhere so I beleive if I can save you a penny or 2 i will come through especially my international buyers.
