OUR eBAY STORY:
About a year ago we had some rare, collectible **cigar bands (Arturo Fuente's Opus Xs) aging quietly in our humidor. Just out of curiosity, we put a couple up for auction on eBAY just to see if they would sell. They sold all right… lightning fast and at great prices, about $20 each. We looked in our humidor, and counted out about 15 more Opus Xs. Hmmmmmm, let’s see…... that’s 15 x $20 = ....... a helluva lot more then we paid for them. We listed a few more, some more valuable then others, in glass tubes, in collectible box sets, in cedar wood cigar “coffins”, etc… They all sold. The highest bid for a single collectible cigar band (in glass tube) was $80. We were happy, the buyers were happy and everyone lived happily ever after.
News soon got around to our family and friends that our eBAY cigar band selling expedition was quite successful. Friends and family members who didn't have the time or the know-how to list the items they wanted to sell on eBAY , started coming to us and asking us to list their posessions for them.
So, this is where we are now. We've sold a variety of items from collectible cigar bands, to Nancy Ann Story Book Dolls, to scuba fins, and to the Transformer robots on auction now. When our friends clear out their attic or do their annual/decade purge, we get a boat load of stuff to put up on eBAY .
We are small time potatoes compared to the big, huge eBAY sellers. But we still run our eBAY business professionally, with enthusiasm, honesty, and integrity.

** eBAY does not allow the sale of tobacco, cigarettes or cigars. However, they do allow the sale of collectible cigar bands as long as it is noted that the tobacco or cigars, within the band or packaging, is not for consumption.
