Me & My Items: I've been with eBay since June 2000
so I've been selling parttime quite a while. I specialize in
brand new and pre-owned used Women's PLUS SIZE and SUPER SIZE
Clothes and Women's Shoes from my personal collection, from sales
or buy-outs of retail stores, store closings, etc., however, I
will also auction other sizes as they come available. When you
shop with me you can expect quality and professionalism as shown
by my excellent feedback history. I strive to make all
transactions a pleasant experience and hope that you will return
to shop my auctions! I am an honest seller who provides a
detailed description with many measurements and photos of an
item. This is my attempt to make your ability to "view"
the item online as great as humanly possible since you can't
"feel" or "examine" the item in person prior
to receiving it like you can do in a retail store. I invest much
time and effort to thoroughly inspect, measure, photograph and
describe the items to the best of my ability and as accurately as
possible so you can make a better informed decision to bid.
However I am human and I may unintentionally miss something so
email me if there is something you want to know. Please refer to
my Clothing Condition Terms section below.
I only measure one of each item in each size in the rare case when I have more than one item in the identical size and style. So please be aware the print and measurements may be off slightly within each piece. I've had where one size 5X measures slightly larger or slightly smaller than another size 5X in the exact same dress. The print layout may be slightly off or different layout than the photo and it would not be a reason for returning. This can happen if I use one photo for the same dress that is available in several different sizes. It keeps down the image total in storage on my auction management site. Either of these things can also happen when ordering from a catalog or online, or purchasing an item off the rack at a retail store. For measurements please see the section below titled "Measurements"
I sell brand new new and pre-owned items so please read the auction description carefully which includes the brand, size, measurements, material and condition. Please refer to my eBay "me" page which contains detailed Clothing Condition Terms that I use. I encourage you to email me with any questions or concerns prior to bidding and I will try to answer them quickly to the best of my ability. It is your responsibility to get all the information you need before you bid on an item. EBay is an auction format and therefore, as with all auctions, all sales are final and items sold as is. By bidding on my auction, you acknowledge that you have read my auction page description and agree with my terms and policies. I reserve the right to end an auction early or to cancel/not cancel any bids from buyers with negative feedback, hidden feedback, or new bidders who do not contact me prior to bidding. If you bid you will be bound by eBay's and my auction policies. This is a smoke-free home inside. This is NOT a pet-free home as I have 2 precious cats. Used clothing items are usually laundered prior to the initial listing. Febreze may be lightly sprayed on used clothing items or a used dryer sheet might be placed inside the package 'just because' - let me know if you rather I NOT do this when you win. I sell NEW and PRE-OWNED/USED merchandise. I may not always know if the previous environment was non-smoking however I will note this in the listing if this is the case or if I know.
One-Of-A-Kind (OOAK) Items: Almost all of what I sell is "one-of-a-kind" (ooak) meaning I usually don't have more than one of any item. I am not a retail store so I do NOT have a huge inventory, quantities of one size or many different sizes, or the ability to reorder so if you see it and like it, I highly recommend that you bid on it or buy it because once it's sold, it's gone and there won't be another. I specialize in BRAND NEW and PRE-OWNED Plus Size and Super Size Women's Clothes and Women's Shoes from my personal collection, buy-outs of retail stores, etc., however, I will also auction other sizes and things as they become available from family and friends. COMBINED SHIPPING: Please wait for my combined invoice!
I am happy to combine auctions up to 1 week and I provide a substantial shipping discount when more than one auction is won - this allows you time to shop so the more auctions you win the more you save in shipping! If you are bidding on other auctions of mine do NOT pay for the first auction you've won, but you must email me to let me know you're still bidding on one or more of my auctions - this means you have already placed a bid on another auction of mine. When you are through shopping let me know, or when 7 days are up, I will send you a combined invoice for everything you've won during that 1 week time-frame and payment will be due immediately by midnight on the 7th day. If a CLEARED PayPal payment for all items has not been received by midnight of the 7th day, starting with the 8th day a new/full shipping charge is added. I combine auctions up to one week and a CLEARED PayPal payment is due by midnight on the 7th day from the FIRST auction that ended for all items won during that one week time-frame, NOT 7 days after the last auction ends.
- EXAMPLE: If the first auction you win ends on 1/10 all auctions you win between 1/10-1/17 can be combined and a CLEARED PayPal Payment will be due by midnight of 1/17. If a CLEARED PayPal payment for all items has not been received by the deadline, starting with the 8th day (example in this case: on 1/18), a new/full shipping charge is added. If a cleared PayPal payment has not been received by midnight of the 10th day, NO combined shipping will be given and you will pay the full S&H amount shown in each auction.

If for some reason your package is returned to me as undeliverable I will email you to let you know and then it will be your responsibility to pay additional shipping and handling fees for me to re-package and re-ship the item back to you: I will not pay to re-ship it nor will I share the cost. Failure to pay the re-shipping fee within 1 week of my email notification of return will constitute your forfeiture of the item & all financial costs already paid in association with the transaction.

many "newbies" (zero or low feedback bidders) not
following through with a transaction for an item they've won or
not having read/understood the description or my payment terms, I
now have this simple rule:

If you have 0-25 feedback (showing next to your userID), any negative feedback or hidden/private feedback I ask that you contact me BEFORE bidding to let me know that you have read and understand my auction page description and my payment terms.
All you have to do is send me an email via eBay's "Ask Seller A Question" link found on the auction page up by my seller name and tell me that you have read my auction page BEFORE you place your bid or BEFORE you use "Buy It Now".
If you do not email me prior to bidding or before using "Buy It Now" you will still be bound by my policies should you win my auction. If you do not agree with my policies please do not bid. If you should win my auction and you intend to pay with PayPal that means you need to make sure you have a confirmed address on file with PayPal already set up. 1. What I'll Be Auctioning
Women's Clothing & Footwear:
Plus Sizes-Super Sizes: 18W-36W, 1X-6X and larger.
I sell NEW and PRE-OWNED items. Please read item description for condition and ask questions before bidding as all sales are final.
I will be auctioning mostly DRESSES which are referred to as: Lounge/Lounger/Muu-Muu Styles or Empire/High Waist, Float/A-Line, Trapeze/Swing - this is because I believe those styles are the most comfortable and figure flattering style for the plus size female! They are also the most hard to find styles for the plus size/supersize figure on clothing racks in retail stores, consignment stores, garage sales, etc.. I will also list other styles of dresses and clothes as I find them.Besides Dresses I'll also be listing Coats, Jackets, Dresses, Sundresses, Jumpers, Tops (Blouses, Big Shirts, Smock Tops, A-Line, Flared, Swing), Sweaters, Pants, Capris, Shorts, Intimates (Sleepwear, Bras, Panties, Pantyhose), Shoes/Footwear (mostly sizes 10-11 M/W but also other sizes when I get them). As you can see I will be listing just about everything for the plus size/super size woman! I will be offering NEW and gently used items! Footwear: In sizes 10M/10W, 11M/11W, + Others:
Although most footwear will be in sizes 10-11 M/W, I'll also offer other sizes too as I get them. This includes: Shoes (Dressy and Casual), Boots, Athletic Shoes and Sandals. I have a closet full of new/never worn dressy pumps with medium high heels and with wedge heels that I can no longer wear due an injury. I have classic/basic pumps in solid colors: Red, White, Navy, Black, Taupe, Pink and more colors - in sizes 10 and 11 Medium and Wide Widths. I'll also be offering some other dressy shoes and some casual shoes, sandals and boots that are new or barely/gently worn. Please refer to the used clothing term description notes below in bold lime green. I will always list any flaws/imperfections that I see. I hope you'll check back often!
2. Clothing Condition Terms
Clarifications of Clothing Condition Terms I use:
New with tag (NWT)/New without tag (NWOT)
condition means never worn and a tag is
still on or the plastic tag attachment is still there but the
actual tag is missing. NWT=New With Tag. NWOT=New Without Tag for
items that come in a plastic poly bag/packaging. NOTE: Any tags
will be cut or marked before item is shipped to prevent store
returns.
Like
new
condition
generally means possibly only worn a few times to zero/no times
and no indication of wear stands out - and may even be new, but
there are no tags or it's not in a poly bag, so I don't know for
sure.
Excellent
gently worn condition means
minimum wear was noticed and item may/may not have flaws,
including stitches broken or unraveling, light stains, slight
pilling or tiny snags in the material. I will list any
flaws I see.
Gently
worn condition means that item shows normal wear
and may have flaws: some discoloration in the collar and around
the neck, fading or slight discoloration under the arms,
stitching broken or unraveling, tiny snags and some pilling. All
things reasonably expected in something listed as gently worn.
Nonetheless, the garment is still serviceable/wearable. It may
also have some light or noticeable spots and be in really
good/excellent condition but because there may be spots I will
list it as gently worn instead of excellent. I will list any
flaws I see.
Worn condition means
there is the normal wear mentioned above under gently worn but it
will also most likely have, but not limited to, light or
noticeable stains, tears, snags, pilling, possible light hem or
seam repair, etc. Nonetheless the garment/item would still be
perfectly serviceable for wearing around the house, deck, yard,
garage, or perhaps even for running errands, attending sporting
events, camping, vacation, etc., but not for work or church. I
will list any flaws I see.
Note: Items listed in worn condition may be Vintage/Retro items
which are more suitable for collectible/display purposes. However
when the Retro look is in they are worn as a fashion statement!
These items will not be prewashed by me. Please see below.
Vintage/Retro condition means
older items: including fabric, threads, elastics and buttons.
These items can still be nice wearable items. When the
Vintage/Retro look is in style they are fun to wear as a fashion
statement. They are also suitable for collectible and display
purposes. These items may be more delicate. These items sometimes
are also called old stock. This category rating includes items
that have been hanging in a closet for many years. These items
will not be prewashed by me. I will list any flaws I see.
I describe all items honestly to the best of my ability but I am human and may miss something unintentionally. My excellent feedback history shows you that you can bid with confidence! If you would like more information/detail, or additional measurements, please email me before bidding as all sales are final/sold as-is. I hope these clothing condition description guidelines help. If you need to contact me prior to the auction ending, just use eBay's "Ask Seller A Question" link found on each auction page up by the sellers userID.
CONDITION/COLOR DESCRIPTIONS:
This
is an auction format and all sales are final/sold
"as-is" so it is up to you to ask questions prior to
bidding. Please realize that words used to describe the CONDITION
of an item are always subjective. What is "Like New",
"Excellent Gently/Barely worn", "Excellent",
"Gently worn" or "worn" to one person may not
be the same to another. This also applies when trying to describe
COLORS! What looks "White/Off White" or
"Brown/Taupe or Tan" or "Burgundy/Wine" to
one may differ in opinion or by monitor! So that being said
please ask questions if you have a concern or question. I
describe my items using my opinion from what I see which may/may
not differ from yours. I describe my items as honestly and
accurately as possible to the best of my ability and I do not try
to mislead anyone. Please check my excellent feedback history and
know that you can bid with confidence! I carefully inspect and
measure each item and I will list any flaws or imperfections I
see. If you have any questions about an item that hasn't
ended/before you consider bidding on it, OR if you won it and
have received it, please email me and I will do my best to
explain or resolve. I do not accept returns unless there was a
gross error, and in that case I will try to resolve it in a fair
manner if you contact me immediately about your concern. I do not
issue refunds for any S&H (shipping/handling) or insurance

Measurements:
Because sizes
vary from manufacturer to manufacturer I highly recommend that
you go by the measurements I provide in the auction and always
allow a few inches for comfort and human error. Measurements are
approximate as they can vary up to 3" due to measuring
differences from person to person, for the way the fabric hangs,
if the fabric is stretchy, is pulled a bit when measuring, or
retracts after being measured. If there is a specific measurement you need
to know please email me by using eBay's "Ask Seller a
Question" link.
How to
read the measurements I provide in the auction:
The bust, waist, hip
and hem measurements are all provided as the TOTAL
circumference around in inches, in other words the
total.
The number provided is the TOTAL measurement I get when I double
the 'across measurement' (underarm to underarm, side-to-side x
2). If an item is stretchy I will provide the unstretched and
stretched/max measurements. Almost all of my clothing items are
measured while hanging on a hanger on a clothing rack rather than
flat on a table.
Dresses/Tops/Jackets/Coats:
The total Bust, Waist, and Hip is measured underarm to underarm, across side to side, and doubled.
The total Hem is measured along the bottom hem edge:following the edge not side to side
The total Length is measured from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the item/hem.
The Sleeve Length is the measurement from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
>>> NOTE FOR COATS & JACKETS: please remember that clothing measurements are always taken on the OUTSIDE so you'll have to allow extra room for the types of clothes you would wear underneath a jacket or coat (i.e. bulky sweaters, blazers, suits).
Pants/Shorts/Skirts:
The Length is measured at the waistline down along the side to bottom hem of skirt, short, capri or pant leg hem.
Pants/Shorts: The Inseam is from center of crotch along inner leg seam to hem.
The Pant Leg Hem/Leg Opening is measured at the bottom hem, side-to-side, and doubled
TIP: It's
best if you take an item that you like the way it fits and
measure that item at the 5 basic areas: Bust, Waist, Hip, Hem and
Length and go by those measurements when looking at auctions.
It's best to allow a few inches for comfort.

If you truly have not received ANY emails (from eBay or me) then please update your information with eBay and contact me through eBay's "Ask Seller A Question" link. I send the Invoice to the email address that eBay sends me after the auction has ended.

auctions contain your FINAL BID amount/purchase
price plus costs for S&H (shipping/handling)
and INSURANCE (optional). Just add the amounts
up if you've won ONE auction (for multiple auctions won, see
section titled "When You Win More Than One Auction").
This makes it convenient for you if you wish to pay with PayPal
right away in case you will be away from home or out of town, not
near a computer, don't want to forget, etc.....that way you don't
have to wait for my Invoice! NOTE: For multiple auction wins do
NOT pay for any auction until you get my invoice with all of
them! If you are still looking, please send me a brief email me
to let me know that you are still looking! I combine auctions up
to 7 days, so when you are done shopping let me know: then wait
for my invoice which will contain the total amount for all
auctions combined with discounted S&H - you MUST make just
ONE payment for ALL items in order to qualify for the
reduced/discounted S&H (shipping/handling). If you pay for
each auction separately you won't qualify for reduced shipping
and I won't be able to refund you any money. I am happy to
combine auctions up to 7 days and payment is due 7 days from the

CONFIRMED ADDRESS explanation: As I state in my auctions, I will only ship to the PayPal CONFIRMED ADDRESS. I will not change my policy on this as it is a requirement of PayPal so please do not ask me to ship to any other address that is not the confirmed address on file (such as your work address or to someone else). Unconfirmed address payments will be automatically electronically denied by PayPal so I will NEVER know you tried to pay for your auction item. What this may mean is that your PayPal address does not match the one they have on file for your charge card/billing statement. This can be easily corrected by you by making a change through PayPal (i.e.: if you recently moved) by simply making your addresses match. I will be happy to ship to whatever address you have made to be your CONFIRMED PayPal address! Example: if you make your work/office the confirmed PayPal address I will ship your package there! If you make a family member's address your confirmed PayPal address, I will ship it there!
If you can NOT provide a CONFIRMED address you will need to correct it with PayPal so your payment will not be late! Payments must be cleared within 7 days of auction ending. Late payments are filed with eBay as a NPBA (Non-Paying Bidder Alert).* Money Orders/Cash/Other:

* Discount General Rule of Thumb: I take the auction with the highest S&H (shipping/handling) cost and then usually add $3.00-$5.00, or half the S&H price for each additional item (it will be more for dresses, coats, jackets and heavier items than it will be for lightweight intimate wear [bras, slips, panties, girdles, shapewear, etc.]).

PAYPAL: is a fast and convenient online Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ECheck, etc. way to pay for your auctions - it's secure and FREE to buyers/bidders! I only ship to PayPal's CONFIRMED ADDRESS (see below) as it is a requirement for sellers by PayPal so please do not ask me to ship to any other address. When you pay with PayPal you must make just ONE payment to me for all auctions combined to get the reduced shipping discount. I will combine auctions up to 1 week but you must email me to let me know you are still bidding on other auctions of mine! Please wait until all auctions have ended that you are intending to bid on or have won and pay the grand total amount in the INVOICE that I will send you when they have all ended. *Note: If you pay for each auction separately through PayPal then NO combined shipping discount will be given and the final bid amount of each auction item plus the FULL S&H (shipping/handling) amount shown in each auction page description will be due before I ship anything to you. Remember that PayPal will need your CONFIRMED address to process - I only ship to a CONFIRMED address (see note below for explanation). If you do not have a confirmed address, then you will need to correct it with PayPal.
If for some reason your package is returned to me as undeliverable I will email you to let you know and then it will be your responsibility to pay additional shipping and handling fees for me to re-package and re-ship the item back to you: I will not pay to re-ship it nor will I share the cost. Failure to pay the re-shipping fee within 1 week of my email notification of return will constitute your forfeiture of the item & all financial costs already paid in association with the transaction. Payment in full for all auctions will be due 7 days after the first auction ended.
Confirmed Address Explanation: As I state in my auctions, I will only ship to the PayPal CONFIRMED ADDRESS. I will not change my policy on this as it is a requirement of PayPal for seller's protection against fraud/stolen credit cards. So please do not ask me to ship to any other address that is not the confirmed address on file (such as your work address or to someone else). Unconfirmed address payments will be automatically electronically denied by PayPal so I will NEVER know you tried to pay for your auction item. What this may mean is that your PayPal address does not match the one they have on file for your charge card/billing statement. This can be easily corrected by you by making a change through PayPal (i.e.: if you recently moved) and simply making your addresses match. I will be happy to ship to whatever address you have made to be your CONFIRMED PayPal address! Example: if you make your work/office the confirmed PayPal address I will ship your package there! If you make a family member's address your confirmed PayPal address, I will ship it there!
If you can NOT provide a CONFIRMED address you will need to correct it with PayPal so your payment will not be late! Late payments are filed with eBay as a NPBA/Non-Paying Bidder Alert.

of shipping and the S&H fees are non-negotiable and
non-refundable as they cover shipping and other fees attached to
this auction to get it to you. I ship once a week on Saturday, or
as my schedule permits. If you disagree with my S&H charge or
method of shipping please do not bid.
Insurance is optional, must be requested by winner, paid extra for by winner, and is highly recommended. In all my years of my selling on eBay I have not had any package lost or damaged however, unfortunately there is always a first time. I am not responsible for items after they leave my hands at the post office so I highly recommend purchasing insurance. I ship using only USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Tracking which means I have proof of shipping every item, so if you have a concern please contact me. I cannot be responsible for how long an item takes to get to you once I've delivered it to the post office to be processed. Please remember that SHIPPING TIME is not DELIVERY TIME! I ship when I state in my auctions and I have no control over how long it takes for you to receive your package.

I prefer not to ship Internationally. If you live out of the United States and have an address within the U.S., I would be happy to ship to that address as long as it is a PayPal/BidPay Confirmed Address.
I cannot accommodate pick-ups or deliveries for Minnesota residents.
My Shipping Day: I ship once a week on Saturday, or as my schedule allows. I will send you an email titled "MAILED" when I have mailed your package so you will have an idea of when to expect it. I also include the Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number so you can track it online at the USPS website.
Priority Mail: I only ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Tracking because it can be tracked online by you to see when it was mailed, and I have proof of shipping. This method of shipping is non-negotiable. Priority Mail gets your package to you so much faster - USPS Priority Mail usually arrives within 3-5 DAYS instead of WEEKS as is the case for first class or parcel post mail!
Insurance: Insurance is optional and extra but you must ask for it and pay for it - please add the appropriate insurance fee to your payment if you want me to insure your package. I will not be held responsible for damaged or lost items. If you don't ask and pay for your package to be insured I will not be responsible for the package once it leaves my hands. I do pack fragile and breakable items carefully but things can still get broken nonetheless - even when carefully packaged. So I will often require breakable items to be insured. Also, things can get lost and packages can get damaged by the US postal service enroute to you.
If you do purchase insurance and you have problems I am not the one who will refund you your money - that is done through and by the U.S. Post Office so you must go through the proper channels with the post office. However, I will assist you should you need it by providing you with the insurance number and any other shipping information I have.
RETURN POLICY:
All
sales are final items sold as-is. There are no returns, credits,
exchanges or refunds. It is your responsibility to get
all the information you need before you bid on the item. By bidding on my
auction, you acknowledge that you have read my auction page
description and agree with my terms. I do not accept returns
unless something I sent you was grossly misrepresented and I will
deal with it on a case by case basis and I do not issue refunds
for any S&H (shipping/handling) or insurance costs. Used
clothing is not new and will show signs of wear! If I missed a
snag, small spot or small hole, or a small area where a stitch
was undone, etc., those things are not a misrepresentation of a
pre-owned condition item.
On my auction page, I refer bidders to THIS PAGE (my eBay "me" page) where I clarify clothing condition terms I use and how I measure - just look at the green section titled " 2. CLOTHING CONDITION TERMS". I am proud of my excellent feedback history from satisfied customers, however ebay is an auction format and all sales are final, items sold as-is.
My no return policy is to protect me from getting an item back that's not in the same condition it was sent. This means to avoid getting an item back to me after it has been worn, stained (food, makeup, deodorant), has a perfume or smoke smell, etc.. I also don't accept returns because I will not ever refund the amount a buyer pays for S&H&I (shipping/handling and insurance). I feel it is too expensive for the buyer to pay for shipping both ways and end up not keeping the item - this only creates the possibility for someone to leave negative feedback for me.
FEEDBACK:
I leave feedback for all transactions in
which I have received it under my eBay userID Grandsizes. My
feedback is left after you leave feedback for me because I do not
consider the transaction complete until I know you are happy.
When you leave feedback, this also lets me and OTHERS know your
package arrived and that you are pleased: that you received waht
I listed!
If there is a problem please do not leave neutral or negative
feedback without emailing me first. If for some reason you are
not satisfied see RETURN SECTION and INSTRUCTIONS above.
Non-Paying Bidders:
Due to the growing number of Non Paying
Bidders: if payment is not received within 7 days of auction
closing I reserve the right to relist the item or to offer it to
the next highest bidder if applicable. Otherwise, if I choose not
to relist it, I will file a NPBA (Non Paying Bidder Alert) also
called a Non Paying Item Dispute (NPID) with eBay if contact
or payment is not received from winner within 7 days. This
will count as a strike against your eBay account and can lead to
your suspension on eBay. I am willing to work with you within
reason if you simply contact me.
eBay Violations Text Theft/Photo Theft: You cannot use my photos for your auction nor can you copy my auction page description text/wording. You will be reported to eBay.
