We take great pride in the items that we sell and our great reputation on ebay and we will never list anything that we would not wear ourselves. The items that we sell all come from a smoke free home. ***

Payments:

Because of recent trouble with accepting money orders, we now only accept Paypal as a method of payment. We will not make any exceptions to this policy. If you don't have a Paypal account and would like to bid on our items, you'll have to create a Paypal account before doing so. Paypal is very easy to sign up for, only takes a moment, and is a super easy way to complete your ebay transactions.

We do ask that all payments be made within 3 days of auction close. However, things do come up and we understand that. If you need longer to make your payment, all you need to do is contact us. We are very easy to work with and very understanding as long as you communicate with us.

If we have not received any communication from you and have not received your payment within 3 days of auction close, you forfeit your right to purchase the item and the item is offered to the second highest bidder.

Please note that all bidders with zero or excessive negative feedback MUST contact us before bidding on our items or we reserve the right to cancel the bid and place that bidder on our blocked bidder list.

Shipping:

We ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your cleared Paypal payment. If you are in the US, you'll be e-mailed a tracking number for your shipment as soon as we have printed the shipping label for your package. If you are outside of the US, we will e-mail you a tracking number for your shipment if avaliable.

We only ship airmail for international shipments. Please don't ask us to ship your item surface mail. We have had to many lost packages shipping surface mail, not to mention it can take up to 2 months for you to receive your shipment.

US buyers can purchase shipping insurance if you wish up to the full amount of your purchase. International buyers can only purchase shipping insurance if your payment total is over $100. Otherwise and under $100, international buyers purchase at their own risk and we will NOT be responsible for lost, undelivered, or damaged shipments outside of the US.

Feedback:

We leave feedback for all buyers as soon as they have left feedback for us. The reason that we wait to leave feedback until it has been left for us is because we feel that if a buyer does not take the time to leave feedback for us, then we should not take the time to leave feedback for them. So, as soon as you leave feedback for us, feedback will be left for you. If this interferes with your own feedback policy, then it will have to be that no feedback is left on either side. We will in no way be threatened with negative feedback. Any buyer who attempts to do this will be promptly be reported to ebay.

We are human and do make mistakes. If anything is wrong with your item when you receive it, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback and we'll do what we can to make sure that you're happy with your purchase. Leaving feedback makes a transaction final and if you leave feedback without contacting us about a problem, we will no longer be able to do anything about the issue you have with the item.
