I've been crocheting for over 40 years. I've enjoyed watching the amazing transformation of the craft go from floppy hats and crazy crocheted hot pants of the sixties move into the new millenium of crocheted art. Each of my scarves is unique. I try to create a textured work of art using a variety of colors and yarns. My designs range from the most conservative and professional work scarf to the most outrageous ribbon, loopy boucle and hot color scarf. All are well constructed to last. I crochet scarves, purses, pet beds, placemats, baby blankets, stuffed animals and afghans. I will be adding more variety to my store as I perfect more designs. If you have a special color request, please let me know. I will be happy to work with you to create your perfect scarf! Tell me the color combination, size and any other important info about your needs. Fringe? Sensitive to wool? Etc.


About My Hobbies

I love swimming, snorkeling, boating and fishing. We have seven salt and fresh water aquariums in our home- hence "Gurglefish- and Fish World"! I read endless crochet books and magazines. I collect unusual yarns whenever I can~ I never seem to have enough! If you have any fun and helpful tips or if you have questions about your own crochet project, I welcome your questions and input!


About Me & eBay

We live in the country with a sand road and the river running past our deck~ very peaceful and quiet~ a perfect place to crochet to the sounds of the birds, jumping fish and alligators! I opened this store in August 2007 after back surgery. I came home and realized I could crochet scarves for Holiday presents while lying down! I thought it would take months, but in a few weeks I had over 25 scarves and not enough friends and relatives living in a cold climate!! When I could sit for twenty minutes at a time at the computer, I realized that Ebay fit into my life perfectly! I am still recuperating and Ebay has been so much fun~ thanks to everyone for your support and encouragement!
