Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO what a ride!' author unknown(I wish I could credit author)
10 April 2008 (update)
WOW Spring has sprung!
I am going back to work!
I hope/plan to ebay some.
With at least three business day 'handling' time.
Thank You for checking my ME!
Any and All items we list will have a two dollar handling fee.
Shipping stuff~
We are fifty miles from an UPS Station. If an item you want to bid on seems too high to ship using USPS contact us PRIOR to bidding if you'd like us to try and use UPS, any item sent UPS will require up to 30 days handling time. I need you to put in writing you understand and accept the handling time. I will also up my handling fee from two bucks to three on any UPS shipment.
We are out in the boonies with limited USPS mail service, We do not ship Saturday or Sunday.
In our listings I put 3 days for handling time. So far most things ship with in 24 hours. But family comes first here, that is why we have the three days in the listing. Never know when something could come up. I'd rather you expect three days and be surprised with one day service.
We wrap the crap out of most things! Best to have a razer blade or knife handy when your package arrives. I once read wrap your packages like they will be thrown in a mud puddle and stomped on. If it seems like we went over board it is the old, better safe than sorry.
Plain card board boxes are hard for us to come by, out in the boonies. Please do not be insulted if your 'win' comes in, an inside out food or other carton. Just trying to make do with what we have.
We are not yet (hope to someday) buying stuff to sell. So far we are cleaning out stuff we acquired over the years. We did a lot of traveling in the US, I have been to 38 states (I believe). When on the road I would more likely stop at an antique store, second hand store or a road side sale to buy a souvenir than go in to a 'store'.
I collected brass for many, many years. Not preferring the shiny new brass, always going for the old looking stuff.
