INFORMATION FOR WINNERS.... may revise and add more to this as I learn.
I have just REstarted selling on ebay. I have been a seller for a long, long time, but stopped for awhile. Now I'm back. I know what to do, but have to get used to any changes since the last time I was selling, or to things I may have forgotten.
I ask for my buyers to please be understadning and patient with me while I am relearning please?
Some impatient men like to get rude,sarcastic, pushy, but that is not going to help. Respect gets respect back in return.
Teach me something positive, do not teach me with rudeness.
I will send notice of payments, or needing of payments before reporting anyone.
I will report non payers to Ebay, and Paypal. Please do not make me do that.

FEEDBACKS... are given after you get items, and all is done on both of our parts.

At times it might take me a few hours to respond after a payment is made, but I will respond. If you send me a email, I WILL respond back.

I do not sell all brand new items very often at all.
I sell many used items with some kind of wear, tear, and used conditions.
I sell antiques, vintage, and everyday.... items. I sell games, movies, toys, figurines,....things for the ladies and for the gentlemen.
I sell "brain food items"....educational books, movies, etc.
I sell MANY things, not just 1 type of item.
I take as many pictures as I can to show you details for some of my items.
If you need more photos, PLEASE let me know. I will gladly send you some through email. You must request pictures, and ask questions before the ending of ad time, and before purchasing anything.
I re-check all items over before I ship them out.
I do not sell items---or accept payments for items that have been damaged after ads have gone up. Those, if happens, will be dealt with as it comes. And I will notify bidders--- etc---IF there are any problems.
I DO try to describe anything major I might see on an item. It is impossible for me to see every defect, or to know if one exsists. I am not an expert, just a home mom. I describe what I see with my eyes. I remind you, these are used items who have had previous owners. If it is store new, I will mention it in the ad.
USED Games, DVDS, etc: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I do not always sell on Ebay. I buy things on Ebay too.

DAMAGED ITEMS
( NOTE: If something "WE / I" are/am selling is damaged in my care before payment, after payment, or before ads end, BEFORE shipping....I will let you know, and I will reimburse any payments, or deny payments, etc. I will NOT ship out anything that is furthur damaged. Things do happen sometimes, so I will let you know if it does. I describe to the best of my knowledge the conditions of items, no matter what condition. If it is unshippable, unfixable...I will NOT ship those items. Anything after it leaves my hands to be shipped is not my doing. Thank you for understanding.)NOTE: I DO NOT SELL BRAND NEW STORE BOUGHT ITEMS. THESE ARE USED ITEMS, AND WILL HAVE SOME DEGREE OF DAMAGE/ SCRATCHES/ BENDS IN PAGES/ ETC... FROM BEING USED. PAYMENT INFORMATION AND TERMS, CONDITIONS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Everything is "sold as is" condition. Nothing is store bought brand new. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds, unless mentioned otherwise in the ad. I will not cancel any bids, or buy it now purchases, or one to one purchases. Non payers will get reported and receive negative feedback. I do not sell to minors! Only to adults. If Adults are buying for minors, the adult(s) are responsible for payments for the minor. I do not sell to minors myself.
I do suggest insurance on some items, and will require it in some of my ads,..as I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for postal transport damages. Once items leave my hands, I am not responsible. You will need to check with your post office for more information for refunds, etc. Insurance most times in my ads are optional, not offered, your own choice.
I am not responsible for uninsured lost and stolen items either. As I repeadely ask my buyers in my ads to PLEASE provide me with a confirmed address, and proper shipping information.
I DO provide a tracking number so my buyers can track their items during the delivery process. I want to know when all buyers have gotten their shipped items.

MORE ABOUT PAYMENTS
I need payment with in 5 - 14 business days depending on what the ad says. I check everything myself before shipping anything out. I look for mistakes in my items and ads.... if I catch one, I will let my winners/ buyers know about it.
I will ship within 7 - 9 days after payment has cleared, unless payment is delayed. Paypal and ebay have theirs own clearing rules too, as well as the bank. Please be patient, most times they are on time, but not always.
I will not ship until payment is in my hands, and until the payment clears.
Note: It can take up to 2 weeks for the clearing of a personal check payment, or longer.
Do not send n.s. f, or over draft personal checks,or stolen checks, do not use stolen credit cards and there should not be any problems.
I accept PayPal, Money Orders, VALID personal checks, echecks so far are ok through Paypal too. Personal checks... MUST clear fully before I ship any items out.

Please be patient. Note: Paypal... payments MUST clear in my checking account before I ship any item(s) out. I have known my bank to take up to 3 weeks to clear a payment transfered from Paypal.
Even when the PAYPAL payment was instant it has happened.
Please let me know if you have problems getting your payment to go through paypal.
If I have to update my bank accounts on Paypal... there might be a delay because I have to wait 3- 5 days or so for it to clear up to become confirmed. There is a process to it. So I have to let you be aware of that.
The way paypal works is... when Buyer pay with paypal, and when it shows up in my Paypal account ( most times instantly, NOT ALWAYS) , then I go in through PayPal, and transfer payments it into my confirmed checking account, then I have to wait for it to clear through the bank.
Only then will I ship things out or even use the money paid to me.
NOTE: With credit card payments through Paypal...
Paypal might delay or hold payments back---such as for Maxed out credit cards, or other reasons Paypal has for it.
If you will read their site, it explaines it and all of the reasons for it.
Any payment must be made out in print, signed, addressed correctly, filled out correctly. Any mistakes and it can delay your shipping and cashing / clearing of payments to me.
I AM ALSO LEAVING A NEW NOTE TO SAY THAT SELLER WILL SEND ALL PAYPAL ITEMS OUT TO WINNERS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM PAYMENT RECEIVED---AS LONG AS PAYMENT GOES THROUGH AND IS RECEIVED.
SELLER SHIPPING TIME LIMIT: With 7 days after payment is received-
I CALLED PAYPAL TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE TIME SPAN AFTER PAYMENT IS GOTTEN SO THAT I KNOW MY DEADLINE FOR SENDING OUT.

Started out with garage sales, then I bought my first computer, and I taught myself how to use it. Then I met a young woman who taught me more about selling and how to do it to make money at the same time as helping others. I have seen the scams, and choose to leave those alone. Selling is honest, and I get to meet so many new people. :)
