Life After Accounting! My ebay store is my way of getting a link to the "outside world"! I am a former corporate tax accountant and I chose to stay home once my two boys were born! I have two very ACTIVE young boys that keep me busy but a little cooped up! I am also a former Vet tech and have a lot of kittys that I rescued...as well as our dog, hamster, and fish! We need space! I decided to clear out a lot of my husbands boxes and boxes of accumulated "stuff" What I discovered in the meantime was how much I LOVE CHINA, how pretty some of these items are and how I am now more into collecting than he is! BUt the difference is: I love to find a treasure and also to make other people happy...while taking care of my boys. What all of this means? Well, I love to be able to shop, and find the right buyer for my new treasures or tidbits that we have found. We also have YEARS AND YEARS of family accumulations from a past auctioneer relative, a sport collector fanatic husband (and his collector friend who downsized items!) By staying home my schedule is flexible and I enjoy "meeting" people and helping to find items for them as well as clearing out our items and looking for more treasures. Everyone wins! My boys are learning to respect "breakables' and although we get to do the sports items, I get to have a little "girl stuff" in the house....even if it does sell! I do my best to describe what I think are the important features and condition of items, but I am not an expert on appraising, so I try my best! I also do my very best to package items very well and get them out as quickly as I can! SEE MY FEEDBACK!
