Hey, if for any reason you didn't like the book that you received or you feel the post office took too long to delivery your package, just email us and we'll try to make it right ~ after all we're only human and we try to keep our customers happy. A neutral remark left is the same as a negative ~ you can always reflect your unhappiness with the 5 star rating -- what's going to end up happening and we're seeing it now in our store even after we made things right -- and you can sit there and argue and say well mistakes just shouldn't happen -- tell that to Walmart and all the other big stores who have tons of returns --- they sell in volume and to them a negative or neutral is no big deal. But to us the little guy it is because we don't have the volume to list a thousand items in one day -- we've increased our volume but not enough to not be affected by a neutral remark. Before the change over in May we were at 98.9% and rising and powersellers! Now we've been pushed back to 97.5 and falling because customers don't know they are harming the little guy by leaving a neutral remark. Our books are so inexpensive and it seems so pointless to leave a neutral/negative over $1.00 book wouldn't you agree?
