Here at handbagfever we have a whole host of exquisite designs to choose from. Each handbag is individually handmade from the most luxurious of materials, pure silk, taffeta, velvet, mother of pearl and buffalo horn. Our designs are a mark of beauty and unique styling. Each handbag is skilfully handcrafted, making each one individual, no two will ever be the same.
Guarantee
Our sole purpose is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. We take great care to package your order so it should be delivered in perfect condition, but will not be held liable for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions once the product has been dispatched.
It is the buyer responsibility to ensure that they read fully the description of any bag they may wish to buy before purchasing. If you are unsure contact us before you place an order. We will not accept returns for any reasons other than for faulty items or our dispatch error.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment.
Postage & Packaging Charges
There will be a standard flat fee of .95 applied to each item ordered to cover postage and pagaging costs. This will increase for multiple purchases. This will be added at final checkout stage.
Damages/Shortfalls
Orders must be checked when the goods arrive, with notification of damage or shortfall being made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Refunding the Delivery Charge If it is handbagfever.co.uk Ltd who have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.
Returns
Handbagfever.co.uk Ltd take pride in our products and customer service and as such we endeavor to reach 100% customer satisfaction.
At handbagfever.co.uk Ltd we will accept goods back for a full refund only if the item is faulty or sent in error, provided they are received in their original, unused condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly protected, in their original packaging for their return. Therefore, please ensure that all goods returned are sent by Special Delivery to guarantee delivery and insurance.
Once the refund has been processed we will e-mail a confirmation to that effect. Online payments will be refunded by the original payment method used.
We cannot be held responsible for goods returned to us that are lost in transit, and suggest that goods are returned using Royal Mail Special delivery, which requires signed confirmation of delivery and includes compensation for lost / damaged goods
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference for any item under the value of 8. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money. For items above 8 you are responsible for selecting a suitable postage method to ensure adequate insurance should the item be lost or damaged. We can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged where you have failed to take adequate insurance.
