What's the difference between hilltop-auctions and other sellers on eBay?

I try to do things differently. Over the years, I have found a few annoying or unprofessional things that I have seen other sellers do. So in order to make all of my customer's transactions with me a good and worry-free experience I have vowed to do things a certain way...

• When you buy something from me I will leave you a positive feedback as soon as I see that you have paid, I don't hold that feedback over your head. When you pay for something within a reasonable amount of time, you did your job, you get a positive feedback. When you get the item that you won or bought from me and find that you're satisfied, then I did my job, and please give me a positive feedback. However, if you look the item over, and you find that you aren't satisfied just let me know, we will figure something out!

• I thrive to ship every order out within 24 hours of being paid for. Some orders can be more complex and will take more time but most orders go out quickly.

• I personally and appropriately pack every order that goes out. I use bubble wrap or styrophoam packing peanuts when needed and for small orders like a few cards, I will use a rigid top-loader and even some bubble wrap if you buy more than 2 or 3 cards.

• Almost every package leaves here with a delivery confirmation number, if you need that number just ask!

• I am also known to throw in a free-bee when packing up bigger orders and every now and then in small orders too! Want a free-bee? Just ask me once you have completed your payment!

• International packages get sent by Airmail or Global Priority, so you can expect your package in a reasonable amount of time.

• When I get an e-mail I will usually reply withing a couple hours, I don't wait and reply days later. I want to get your questions answered as soon as possible.

• Last but not least, my personal phone number: (203)734-0592 if you have any questions just call! How many sellers offer their personal phone number? I really want every customer to feel as comfortable buying from me as they do when buying from the shopping mall or grocery store.
