We started our business in 2002 above a friend's warehouse searching for
bargains and offering great deals. We've grown into a regular little
business with a few employees a couple of websites, lots of midnight oil and
about 30,000 happy customers. Hippo is headquartered in Belvue KS,
population 200, and known locally as that computer company in the old Dance
Hall that always has trucks coming in and out of it. Being in the
Midwest we follow some old fashion rules like treating people as we'd expect
to be treated, our feedback indicates that's not such a bad way to do
business. The Midwest also means fast ship times for you.

Since most of our business is conducted over the internet we respond to
emails pretty quickly, during regular business hours we try to respond to
questions within an hour or two. We strive to respond to every question and

in a while we make a mistake, or UPS or the post office does or even

Shipping prices are set for the lower 48 States, if you need an item shipped
to HI, or AK contact us and we will send a shipping quote. We DO NOT ship
internationally, or to APO addresses.
Feedback Policy Top
We use automated feedback to ensure that feedback is returned in a timely
manner. Our Feedback policy is that we always consider the transaction
complete when you're happy. When your feedback is posted it
will be automatically reciprocated.
Returns Policy Top
We will replace or refund purchase price if non-warranted defective item is
returned within 10 days. Damage due to handling by the shipper must be
resolved by the shipper withing 10 days of receipt. (FedEx, UPS or USPS) If
you find damage give us a call and we will help you get it resolved.
Undamaged items returned in original packing and condition within 10 days will be refunded, minus a 25%
re-stocking fee, and shipping is non-refundable.

if the item arrives and is different from what is described please contact
us within 10 days so that any issues may be taken care of right away.
