Art has always been my true passion. I discovered this gift after I lost my hearing at age 61/2 years old due to menengitis. I drew and painted for several years until I slowly just stopped doing my art. I recently had a cochlear implant, one year ago in August to be exact and for the first time since I lost my hearing I can once again hear as clearly as I did before I lost my hearing...along with that my passion to create art came back full force. It's almost as if I have to create and paint. I am grateful for the technology in this day and age for allowing me to hear again. It is truly amazing and I cannot even begin to tell you how much I am making up for lost time. Music is one passion I cannot get enough of, which is funny, because when I could not hear, I created music in my head and became a songwriter. I have created over 30 copyrighted songs to date. It's a shame I can't sing them..... |

I am often contacted by ebay members asking me for commission work. I do commission work all the time. Please feel free to contact me for further information. I am very affordable. My other hobbies/talents that I do are crocheting which I make ponchos, afghans, scarves, among other things. I also cross-stitch, wood-carve, sculpt, paint with acrylics, oils, watercolors, color pencils, pens...anything I can get my hands on. I also paint murals on walls. My artwork has been displayed in art galleries. I am very grateful for this gift to be able to create art. It makes me very happy.
