| Hi Ebay Community,
I want to address the two negatives that are showing up on our very tiny feedback score. Just so the community is aware, the buyers were very difficult to communicate with and they changed the time they said they would arrive for their pick up, only to come at a different time. Since we are new to Ebay, we didn't want to give negative feedback to, so we opted for Neutral for them. Neither my husband nor myself were quite ready for their comeback. They retaliated with negative, biting feedback and a ridiculous dispute with PayPal claiming that "items were not as described". Luckily PayPal Sided with us against the buyer. They saw the truth in the matter remarking that the the buyers claim did not even fit the description PayPal has for "Not as described". No refund was granted and happily we'll never do business with them again. Unfortunately for us, their Negative feedback has affected our tender little score tremendously. Realize that my husband and I are relatively new to the Ebay World but we have been in the Thrift/Vintage world for five years. Customer Service, Patience, Professionalism and Communication are very high on our list when dealing with the public, consumers and humanity. I realize that our score is low now, due to these unfortunate buyers, but please have faith in our services. We won't let the Ebay community down. |

| Here is a picture of our store in Philadelphia "The Curiosity Shoppe" located at
529 S.4th Street right above South Street. One thing we do as The Curiosity Shoppe is support our Local Arts Community by selling Original Functional Art in our store. We plan on funding Arts Outreach programs in Philadelphia schools where all the art, music, and theatre programs have been cut from the curriculums.
