 We believe in the concept of being 'brutally honest' concerning a listing. We do not like surprises as a buyer. We do not want to 'gloss' a listing in hopes of attracting additional business as a seller. You can trust our descriptions. We will be very clear and precise about every item that is listed. Shipping and handling is just as important as detailed listings. Bubble wrap is a close ally for ensuring a safe delivery. There is no need to click the purchase icon and hold your breath until the item arrives.

HOW TO PAY

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex and PayPal. If you would like to pay directly with a credit card, you may call, 1-812-718-4616, 9am-4pm EST, Monday-Friday. We also accept cashier's checks and money orders. Personal checks are accepted; however, we must wait until the check clears before we can ship the merchandise.

RETURN POLICY QUESTIONS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Hot Name Brands 4 Less DOES NOT accept returns. If the item is DOA, please contact our office between 9:00-4:00 EST, Monday-Friday (812-718-4616) and we will take care your problem immediately. You can also email us at hotnamebrands4less@comcast.net.

SHIPPING & HANDLING QUESTIONS

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we combine shipping on most items. The rule of thumb has to do with whether the combined items can be assembled into one package. If items can be shipped together we will cut the lesser shipping in half on additional items.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: If your item was shipped USPS, UPS or Fedex, it can take up to 1-6 business days. Priority generally takes 2-3 business days but it is not guaranteed. International orders usually take 7-10 business days to arrive in your country, then it is up to your local Post Office to deliver. Your item will most likely be shipping from Indiana.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: See item description. PLEASE NOTE-International buyers are responsible for any customs/brokerage/duties/fees and/or taxes charged by your Country or the shipping company.

Q: Will you ship large items internationally?
A: Generally, it is cheaper to ship internationally via the US Postal Service. The maximum weight is 70lbs. You can use the weight and dimensions provided in most of our listings to get a rough quote for shipping at www.dhl.com If you want a quote via DHL please contact us.

Q: Will you mark my international package at a lower value as a gift?
A: Sorry, but WE WILL NOT declare a different amount on the customs form, or mark items as a gift.

Q: Is shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico the same as the advertised price?
A: For smaller items, such as pickups, it is usually the same price, however for larger items, you will need to contact the office for a quote if not stated on the auction page.

MAILING INFORMATION QUESTIONS

Q: What is your mailing address/phone number/email address?

Q: What if I want a pickup/item you don't have listed?
A: We can special order items for you, however, it will usually take about a month for you to receive the item. Please call our office at 812-718-4616. M-F 9-4pm EST to inquire about special orders.

WARRANTY INFORMATION QUESTIONS

Q: What is the warranty for OSP products?
A: OSP products are guaranteed DOA. If your item arrives damaged or does not work, please contact our office immediately. Otherwise, OSP products are guaranteed to be free from defects for one year. OSP snakes have a limited lifetime warranty.
