I have been an EBay member for quite some time now, however, I am just now learning how to sell a product online. My main concern is the customer service aspect of this. I am determined to make certain all of my customers are satisfied with my products and services, and if an issue arises, I'd like to let everyone know that I will take care of it immediately.

About me...well, I have been a salesman all of my life (in some form or fashion) and I just got tired of making everyone else money and not making ME wealthy. I do not expect to make millions here on EBay, although I have heard it's possible. I love to create, and music is my first love! What ever music has offered, I have been there to grasp it with open arms. The process of creating something from nothing, then being able to appreciate that whole experience in itself is awesome! So, being the creative person I am, I was driven to simply create something for myself (in a completely different genre) that I, once again, could definately appreciate.
I have always been intriqued by what EBay has done not only for itself as a company, but for the lives of others. I pray I, too, will be just as successful here as I have been in everything else in my life.
