To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Policy
Please use ebay's messaging system. Turn around time for email can vary
from several minutes to several days, please keep in mind email filters and
blockers may prevent email communication from being reliable, email we send will
typically originate on ebay or gmail mail servers. (all email communications
sometimes may be blocked by anti-spam tools and may be deleted before being
read, resend your unanswered email after 24 hrs of no response, 72 hrs with no
response your email probably never made it through).

time.
1. UPS Primary or USPS is available if specified in item description or used
as alternate shipping provider, generally we do not ship to PO Boxes, you will
need a verified shipping address if paying with PayPal. Buyer Pays Actual
Shipping and/or Packaging, any handling fees if applicable. Tracking is
typically available upon request, with both UPS and USPS. Message your zip code
and desired item for a shipping quote, if not stated in auction or available for
calculation using eBay's shipping estimator tool.
Express Delivery available on some items for additional fee. Packaging fees will
typically be waved if the item can be shipped in a once used box. Desired
packaging type will be determined by seller and may or may not reflect the
default options that would have been chosen by others in similar situations, we
ship with preferred shippers who require adequate packaging to accept package
for shipment.
2. UPS generally insures shipments for reasonable amounts, included in your
shipping price, check with UPS or preferred shipper for additional information
on insurance coverage's and options. Additional Insurance Optional on some
items, others are not insurable, check with the shipping company for more
specific information on insurability of any item. Additional Insurance is
Mandatory if specified in item description. We are not responsible for lost or
damaged packages. Standard USPS shipping does not include insurance including
Priority Mail Service, thus we do not recommend using this method, however we
include delivery confirmation options with USPS Services.
3. When using preferred UPS, we typically can provide shipping receipts or
tracking numbers, if requested within 14 days of close of auction, some
exceptions may occur under unusual circumstances or in some USPS shipping which
is optional.
4. Shipping Available to U.S. & Canada Only and some foreign countries.
No PO Boxes for credit card payments. Shipping address must match credit card
billing address unless you are paying with a mailed money order or check. Items
are not available for pickup, unless specified in item description.
5. Sorry no refunds or returns please, items we sell are not new or covered
by any warranty or guarantee. No return shipping refunds. See Terms of Sale
below.

7. Very occasionally there may be shipping circumstances such as weight,
size, shape, tariffs or other characteristics which prevent the item from
shipping for the calculated shipping cost, and shipping may require additional
fees, in this case we will notify you of any actual additional fees incurred,
I've not seen these fees exceed the original shipping amount, and generally
stateside packages will not incur any such fees.
8. Handling Charges appear on most items we offer, currently one dollar and
twenty-six cents is generally charged on most orders, handling charges include
but not limited to; tape, the fuel surcharges from UPS, delivery
confirmation service from USPS, recycled packaging and related costs.
