Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes we do. While we list the shipping rates for the USA, we do not always list international rates due to the fact that some countries may not accept certain methods of shipping, or may exceed certain weights when combined with multiple items.

Q: It says you ship international but not this item- Why?
A: eBay will not allow all items to be shipped outside the USA and we are also faced with weight restrictions.  We do ship international but if an item weighs more than 4 lbs, We reserve the right not to ship outside the USA as we are unable to track and locate our packages as we prefer.
 

Q: When do you ship international?
A: We ship at least 2-3 times per week.
(Excluding Saturdays)
 

Q: Why do you ship Priority Mail Only?
A: This is the best way to achieve the BEST service, we can also monitor our shipments quickly and efficiently while keeping our shipping costs affordable.

Q: Do you offer Shipping Discounts?
A: Yes we do. If you purchase 2 - 3 items, the checkout will automatically combine your items for one convenient and easy checkout.  If you purchase 4 or more items, please request an invoice and we will offer a greater shipping discount than the checkout system will allow.


Q: Why do you charge so much for shipping?
A: This is merely the costs of doing business with the HIGHEST STANDARDS!


Q: Do you leave feedback?
A: Yes we do. We post positive feedback as soon as the item has been received, and when positive feedback has been left for us. 
This helps us monitor the shipping as well as the customer service aspect, as we feel that until you have received the product purchased, and are happy, the transaction is not complete.


Q: What if I have a problem?
A: Email us immediately if you have a problem or notice an error.
If you do not communicate with us - how are we to know that there is a problem?
We will work very diligently to correct the problem as soon as possible and to make sure that all parties are happy.

We do list our used items as just that - USED - or Very gently used.

Q: Do You Take Personal checks?
A: Yes, however it may delay your shipping up to 10 days for payment to clear.


Q: Do you take International Money Orders?
A: Not at this time.
