Why?
This is one of 2 eBay seller names. My other seller name shows over 1,843 feedback since September '02 and I might add, "100% positive!" We have accumulated over 680 Positives on this account since December '03 :-) Which includes 181 Repeat-Customer purchases. Yes, and we're still selling under our other account! We surely are proud of our 2,523 100% Positive feedback:-)
Count On This: My goal has been and will continue to be, to actively seek out old and or unique collectables and presenting them to you at a reasonable price as well as providing the best service I can and shipping well wrapped packages with pride. Before Bidding You Should Know: I ship via U.S.P.S. typically, Priority Mail. Unfortunately with this years U.S.P.S rate hike, packages that are larger than 1 square foot will likely be shipped Parcel Post for U.S. Customers and 1st Class for International Customers so as to keep the S/H as low as possible for our Winning Bidders. You can calculate S/H within each of our listings to your particular zipcode or country. This allows you fast check out and not waiting for me to send you an invoice :-) The calculator can be found at the bottom of our listings. International bidders are accessed $2.50 plus actual U.S.P.S. fees. I have shipped many packages internationally and have acquired a pretty good sized group of International bidders. However, I will not intentionally ship a prohibited item to a foriegn country. If an item returned to me is prohibited in your country "your money will not be refunded to you". If an item is prohibited, "DO NOT BID!" I typically ship all paid packages on Tuesday and Friday. Glassware, China etc. are wrapped in bubble pack and surrounded with Styrofoam peanuts. Paper products (ephemera), are shipped First Class or Priority. If Priority, it will be noted in the listing, and some items are best shipped in a box as opposed to a padded envelope or flat-pack mailer. Insurance is your option, yet should your package be lost, damaged or stolen, there will be No Recourse. Click here to see how we pack our shipments. As I stated above I package all merchandise with care and pride and I assure you if one of my packages arrives damaged it was absolutely mis-handled and again, without insurance, there will be No Recourse. If you feel any of this is less than true, regrettably I must request, Please Do Not Bid. PayPal is accepted as well as checks and money orders. If paying by check, shipments are subject to be held until funds have been verified or the check clears "your" bank. International Winners must use PayPal as we do not accept any other form of payment. PLEASE, use "Pay Now" even if paying by mail. Doing so will provide an electronic paper trail to help us both monitor the transaction. A Little Back Ground about me: I will list a broad range of collectables. You are likely see items ranging from Art pottery to ZIPPO lighters. Though I have not attempted to specialize in any particular category, I have collected/sold coins on and off since 1969. Also in 1969 I was lucky enough to meet a very well versed Depression Glass person and began what is now 38 years of buying/collecting/selling of same. In fact I had the wonderful experience of having coffee with "Hazel Marie Weatherman" (the Queen of Depression Glass) at her home in Springfield Missouri, during the early 70's (that's another story). Of course my wife and I have many, many other collections, 45 & 78 rpm records, Antique Furniture, Art Pottery, Betty Boop, Chess Sets, Deco Furniture, Depression Glass, Die-Cast, Dice, Dolls, Dr Pepper, Figurines, Fine Art, Josef Originals, Head Vases, Miniatures, Noritake "Azalea" China, Poker Chips, Royal Ruby Glassware, Silver-plate Flatware "Coronation", Spaghetti or Sponge Poodles, Vogue Records and more. As you can see "We-Love-Old-Stuff!":-) |
