The word "ihanavalo" is Finnish and is a composite word where  "ihana" means (in one sense) wonderful , and "valo" meaning light.This is frequently referred to the sun. Samuli Edelman, an accomplished recoding artist in Finland popularised the term with his song "Sinä olet aurinko....ihanavalo" (you are the sun) .

Don't get me wrong . No. I'm not full of myself and my clients do not believe I am either. Please take a moment to read my customer feed back (as well as some of mine left for my clients )including feedback left of  a few of the less than savoury characters wasting their time on this platform .

I will say most of my positive feedback is accurate if not overly kind. We (that is my spouse and I ) do try very hard to ensure that your orders are processed , and sent to you in short order after we have received conformation of your payment. We try always to make sure that you as a client get a personal notification of receipt of your payment, and subsequently a notice of shipping by via email.

We are based in Finland and although most of the gift ideas we offer are from Finland, although not all are. That's because there's a good number of products made in the US and other places which we feel will interest and benefit our clientelle.
