"I'm Not A Powerseller"

Now dont' misunderstand, there's nothing wrong with powersellers... but how much time and thought do most of them actually put into  any one auction?  Think about it like this; you're buying one item, they're selling 1000.  Wouldn't you rather have a seller who has 100% undivided attention?  Of course you would!  Who wouldn't?  That's where I come in.  I care about every detail of every auction I run.

"Customer Satisfaction"

I don't sell anything I wouldn't want to buy myself.  Everything I sell will be in good working order, and exactly as described in the auction.  If there is any concern about anything, I welcome questions, comments, suggestions; before you bid, and after the auction.  I don't want any of my buyers to leave a sale unsatisfied.

"I Don't Pad Shipping Costs"

My shipping costs, are your shipping costs.  Most all of my auctions are done by shipping calculator, so all is fair, and everyone knows exactly what they are getting.  All of my auctions have the shipping cost and method stated plainly and up front beforehand.  I will never contact anyone after an auction has ended and amend shipping charges.  You can be assured your item will arrive packed securely, and discreetly.  I worked in the shipping department for a company which does business internationally for over three years, so I have experience in packing and shipping.  I also like to use the United States Postal Service as my carrier.  I have a lot of experience working with United Parcel Service as well, however, they do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.  Having a P.O. Box myself, I know that can be frustrating, and I don't like to limit my customer's options.

"It Makes The World Go 'Round"

I prefer PayPal.  I can also accept a credit card through PayPal as well.  PayPal also adds yet another layer of security and confidence to your eBay experience.  PayPal is THE way to go on eBay, and even beyond.  You can send money to nearly anyone with an email address through PayPal.  So PayPal is king.  Don't have it?  Then get it.  But until then, I am happy to accept checks, and money orders as well.  Can't recommend cash... never know what could happen between there and here.  Upon receiving payment, I make it a priority to ship out your item as soon as possible.  Sometimes the same day, usually the next day, never later than the day after.

"Communication Is Key"

The best time to ask questions is before you bid.  I try to answer in a timely fashion, and usually post it on the auction page for all to see.  I always let the buyer know when I receive payment, and I always send out an email after the item has shipped.  It's just good business.
