1) I focus on 20th and 21st Century First editions by British and American authors. The books I offer are first printings of the First edition, either British or American, unless I state otherwise in the description.

2) Especially for newly released books, you will find many titles signed and dated by the author. I go to New York or Philadelphia for a writer's autograph. When possible, I always get the flyer or brochure from the book shop hosting the event, and take some nice photographs; these extra items are provided to the winner on a complimentary basis.

3) The starting bid for my auctions is always reasonable. I describe the condition of the book and dustjacket accurately and honestly.

4) I never 'inflate' shipping costs. Most books require insurance because I can't get another signed and dated copy. Books that are insured do not 'disappear' in transit.

5) If you win a book from me, you will find that I pack very, very well. And if there is a problem with anything, I will make it right if you tell me about it.

1) It is my natural inclination to enter positive feedback for a buyer as soon as payment has been received. 

2) I work very, very hard to get special and distinctive Modern First editions. Additionally, many of the books I sell on eBay are more collectible and much less expensive than their counterparts on websites like www.abebooks.com. To receive positive feedback from a buyer is important to me. There are things that are as important as money and payments. I've been surprised that positive feedback from my buyers is not entered, even though I certainly deserve it.

3) Therefore, with great reluctance and not a little sadness, I now enter positive feedback for a buyer when I receive feedback. I hope to change this approach in the near future.
