Items for saleBesides my own items, I am also listing lots of consignment items. This gives me a great variety of treasures and makes the whole thing more enjoyable. I try hard to describe each item well with all details, but if I forget (yes I do that sometimes, and it's not gonna get any better) or omit something important, please ask as many questions as many times as you need. I'll be also happy to provide you with more pictures or close-ups that you might want to see.

End of auctionI like to be around when my auctions are about to end. Sometimes it gets really interesting. This means that you can try to fire out a last minute question, and I could be able to get back to you right away. This is not to encourage you to leave your questions for the last minute, as there is not always enough time at that point.
I also send email invoice to the high bidder right after the auction's end. You should receive it within minutes most of the time, or within few hours in a rare case of some unforseen and considerable technical difficulties at our end. If you do not have our email within this time frame, there might be some sort of problem with your email. Some AOL and MSN accounts (but ocassionally others as well) seemed to have problems receiving emails in the past. If you do not receive our email, please check your spam folders if you have spam filters set up or contact your ISP. Our emails come from either ebay@inmaservices.com or sales@inmaservices.com.
That said, please note that all information, including shipping amount is already included on the listing page and it is easy to just add up the amounts and send the payment in US dollars to P.Maly, PO Box 556, Ogdensburg, NY, 13669-0556, USA

Payment options
Cashier's checks, Certified checks, Bank money orders, Bank drafts, USPS Money Orders are all welcome, as are personal checks drawn on a bank in USA, if you don't mind waiting few days for the check to clear.

Packaging & Handling
As you can see in my feedback, we get many compliments to our packaging. Except for obvious unbreakables, we package everything into layers of solid styrofoam padded inside by bubblewrap as required, usually enclosed in a cardboard box. We have shipped many delicate porcelain pieces this way, never having to worry about a breakage. We do charge small handling fee to cover part of the cost of the packaging materials (about half of it in many cases). This is already included in the shipping amount quoted.

Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact me immediately, no later than 3 days after receiving the item in question. Wait for confirmation. You will be required to ship the item back insured and well packaged in original box and wrap. A full refund equal to your final bid less unpaid shipping charges and surcharges, duties, taxes and fees applied to the shipment, if any, will be issued in US currency upon arrival of the item in its original condition. No shipping/insurance/handling charges or fees related to the transfer of goods between buyer and seller are refundable.

Tax
We do not charge any tax on any shipments to outside of Canada.
We have to charge 6% GST on any items shipped within Canada plus 8%PST on any items shipped within Ontario. Our GST number is 864510086, PST Permit Number 83168753, Operating as Inma Services. The tax is always based on the address the item is being shipped to, regardles where the payment is coming from.
