Our shipping carriers: We ship
domestically by FedEx Ground
and FedEx Express. USPS Priority Mail may also be

International purchases will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail
International to Canada and Express Mail

more than one is offered, at checkout. We may substitute a carrier with comparable or better service at no
additional cost to you. We cannot ship using other carriers or

Shipping fees: Our
shipping fees are determined by the actual rates quoted by our
carriers for the item's shipped size and weight and the shipping destination.
Please note that both FedEx and USPS surcharge many packages based on their
size, sometimes causing the shipping cost to be higher than you

Handling fees:
We want your item to

Insurance and signature confirmation:

breakage of plate glass during shipment.
Shipping and delivery times:
We ship most items within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
Items paid for by PayPal eCheck will be shipped
after the payment clears--usually 3 to 5 business days after receipt.
Items that require disassembly or special packaging may require extra
time. FedEx Ground delivers to most areas of the
United States within 3-4 days after shipment; USPS Priority Mail
(domestic) typically takes 4-5 days from shipment.
Combined shipping:
Our shopping cart system will automatically provide a combined
shipping and handling discount on similarly-sized items
where practical. Unfortunately, we cannot provide quotes for combined shipping

and Puerto Rico:
The "Standard Flat Rate Shipping

Delivery to post office boxes:
For delivery to a post office box, select
USPS Priority Mail (if offered) as your shipping method. FedEx cannot ship to

Delivery to non-confirmed addresses:
For your security, we may ship only to your
PayPal Confirmed Address or the billing
address on your credit card if we are unable to verify your shipping

International
shipping: Shipping is available for most items to the
following countries: Australia, Canada, Guam, Israel,
Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, the U.S. and

Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain,
Sweden, and United Kingdom). If international shipping is
available, the rates will be shown in the

postal code to get rates). International shipping may not be
available on some larger items due to postal regulations.
Customs duties and fees: Customs duties,
VAT and customs/import brokerage fees may be imposed by the post
office in the destination country. These are not included

Returns:
We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately.

photos. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

We do not send a separate invoice. Instead, to get your total
due, simply click the Pay Now link in the auction listing or in the
winning bidder notification email. This will take you through our

combines when it can at checkout. When you select the shipping
method you prefer, the system will show you your total due.
Why am I asked for
my credit card number when I am paying with PayPal? This request is actually from PayPal, not our checkout system. There are two possible reasons this might happen:
1. You do not have a "confirmed address" on your PayPal account. Because we can only ship to a PayPal confirmed address under PayPal's seller rules, PayPal requires that you confirm your address during checkout. They do this by verifying that the billing address on the credit card matches your shipping address.
(If you have not seen this before, it is probably because some
sellers do not require shipment to a confirmed address.)
2. You are paying from your PayPal linked bank account, but you do not have a backup funding source for your PayPal account. In this case, PayPal requires the credit card just in case your bank refuses to pay due to insufficient funds.
Rest assured that even though PayPal asks for your credit card information, they will still fund your transaction with whatever method you request (e.g. PayPal account, bank account, etc.), and at no time
will we receive your credit card information.
Why do you require a PayPal confirmed address?
For buyers, confirmed addresses help guard against stolen credit
cards and identity theft. For sellers, confirmed addresses help
prevent fraudulent purchases and potential chargebacks. You can
confirm your shipping address through PayPal. A confirmed
address is one that meets PayPal's security standards.
How do I confirm my address with PayPal? You can confirm your address in three ways:
1. Add a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will attempt to confirm your address with your
credit card company. If the credit card company is not able to
confirm your address, you may be asked to complete the Expanded
Use enrollment process to activate your credit card. Your
address can be confirmed after that process is complete. Note:
Not all credit card companies are able to confirm addresses.
2. Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If approved, the address on
your application will be a confirmed address.
3. Complete an alternate address confirmation. This process
takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts. To
