Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I have always wondered about the people I've done business with here on eBay. Nowadays, with more shopping on the internet for great deals and convenience, we have lost the personal charm in meeting people. So I thought, Hey! I will share some interesting facts about myself.
Hi, I'm Jaimie! It is my pleasure to meet you. I am happily married, to a hard working gentleman, Phil, since November 2003. Phil and I have a nice cozy home in Southern Maryland. We truly enjoy the outdoors! On the weekends, we like to go out on our 4-wheelers, take a ride on the dune buggy, go out to the shooting range, dig in the garden, and lastly my husband LOVES riding his Ducati Monster (weather permitting).
Since Phil and I have been married, we have tried to start our family. Currently, I am taking the time off from work to have a less stressful time, while we complete fertility treatments. I started attending jewelry auctions and buying select pieces from high-scale jewelers that have been long term family friends. All of my pieces, that I sell, are brand new and always authentic. I encourage everyone to take anything you have bought from me to your local jeweler and watch their jaw drop when you tell them what you paid. You'll always receive a excellent deal from me.
Aside from jewelry I also love to paint, flowers are my specialty; and I would like to think my penmanship is fabulous too. I am quite a perfectionist; I only want to do the best that can be done. What can I say, I have one great mom.
Having a home based business, has also allowed Phil and I to do animal rescue. Our latest is a complicated case, she came here not too long ago, and will be a long-term foster. Unfortunately, all of our rescues are always in bad shape when they come here. They turn out to be the best pets in the end. Poor Pru, less then a year old, was on the verge of death, when she came here. Many hours have been spent nursing these rescues back to health, and we love them all very much, it's extremely hard to say goodbye.
Currently our home consists of three super spoiled kitties, two rascally little ferrets, one cuddly bunny, and two loveable overgrown lap dogs. Tober is a stunning 9-year-old calico, who runs the show. While Adam our 5-year-old floppy cuddle baby balances out our under 1-year-old spunky kitten, Nero, all three of them were rescues that we simply could not let go, they are permanent parts of our family. Our two ferrets
, Squirmy who is 2-years-old and Squiggles who is just 1-year-old, just love attention from everybody, they cannot resist a marshmallow within their smelling distance. Our rabbit, Ms. Bunny, is the queen of the backyard and demands only fresh fruit and vegetables, which my loving husband adores so much that he insists on being the one that
deals with her. Now onto my heart, Luke, my 5-year-old Boxer has been my baby from day one, only a pup when he joined our family, they poor guy had been through more then most can imagine. Luke has survived a brutal attack by another dog, which resulted in facial reconstruction and many sleepless nights. He also has recovered from the negligence of prior owners and heartworms. If that wasn't enough, he somehow ingested a corncob, which almost took his life, for the third time. Who said only cats had nine lives? Lastly, our newest addition Pru Bear, who came to us in January 2007, came from a very abusive home, poor Pru is extremely small for her age and breed, due to starvation for the 8 months her prior owner had her. Pru will be able to gain weight but due to the damage that has already occurred she may have complications, because of malnutrition during the puppy years. She is a true miracle in itself. She has been treated for many other ailments, and has successfully recovered from them. She is almost one-year-old and is a pit-bull puppy, who has been clearly misunderstood. Even due to the severe abuse and starvation she received from her previous owner, her personality doesn't show it. She is now finally eating, without making herself sick, it's no longer a race to eat as much as possible. She has passed her aggression test with flying colors, and the vet feels that she is going to make one very lucky family very happy. There are no limits set on her adoption. She has adjusted from day one in our farm. Petting hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, feed is available on premises. LOL =D. Every one of our pets has a story of their own.
That's a little bit more then you thought you might find out about me in this page, I'm sure, but I tend to be an open, honest person. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks for reading! Happy Bidding! | | |
