Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all non-electronic items (game artwork, controls, clothing, plush toys etc.):  Non-electronic items may be returned for any reason within 72 hours (3 days) of your receipt (unless stated "as is" or specified otherwise).

Electronic items: (unless otherwise specified) 72 hour DOA warranty.  *You may return the item, if defective, within 3 days of your receipt.  Items sold "as is" are not returnable.

 If you do need to return an item please be sure to contact us within 3 days of your receipt.  Items returned without permission will be refused.  The auction price of your item will be returned within 7 days of our receipt of your return.  Sorry, shipping charges are lost to the carrier, and will not be returned.  Items must be received in same condition and packaging as they were sent.

In conjunction with Ebay's recommended policy, Winning Bidders Should respond and make payment arrangements within 7 days of auction closing. Payment MUST be completed within 14 days of auction close or next bidder may be contacted and/or item re-auctioned. After this time we will begin proceeding as outlined in Ebay's Final Value Fee Credit Request Program. See http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/npb.html. This process allows us to recover some of our fees for incomplete auctions, and in some cases may result in negative feedback for the bidder.

Minimum shipping charge for any item is $3.90.  We like to start our auctions at the lowest price possible. This policy allows us to offer the lowest price and be assured that we will not loose money on handling and packaging costs even if the item sells for $1.  Multiple auctions can often be combined in order to save on shipping charges, please ask.  We reserve the right substitute similar services (transit times) by different carriers when we deem necessary.  Please advise us if you must have your shipment by a particular carrier.

We will attempt to ship all orders within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment.  Please contact us if you need rushed, or priority shipping; we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Normal transit times vary between 1-10 business days within the continental US.  We are not responsible for delays in shipping beyond our control.
