We are two former senior executives, who for fun, opened an ebay site in 1997 and eventually found that it was more satisfying than going into the office every day. International Haberdashery became our focus and our challenge in 1999.
As Ebay developed we grew with them. Starting out with items found around our old house we slowly changed over into clothing and accessories. Jerry developed relationships with large top-of-the-line retailers and exclusive shops selling men's authentic designer clothing and accessories. All of our items are guaranteed to be authentic and new.
As Jerry has been approved as a seller's assistant, we do on occasion sell an item or two for someone else. This is fully noted in the listing. But we are now so busy that this is a rare instance.
We have gone from 0 to over 6500 positive feedback and a score of 99.9% and growing. This is as of August 2008. Customer service is vital to us and it is evidenced in our feedback comments and many repeat customers.
