Policies
I have decided to put this information here so the policies are clear and everyone can read the same information. Please email me if you have any questions or can offer me advice to make savings to pass onto my customers! Please don’t spam me though!
Postage & Packaging Policy
Packaging
My goods are kept in a smoke free home. They stored in a room where only I access to keep them in premium quality. I only use good quality packaging materials to ensure that they arrive in the same condition. Unfortunately I can’t guarantee the Courier!
I keep my postage and package charges to a minimum but it’s not just the postage you pay for but the packaging and the labour (someone has to take them to the post office, stand in the very long que and then drive home again). I aim for a 76 hour turn around from payment being cleared to posting your item (not bad considering I work full time...lol)
I will combine P&P charges as long as you contact me. I will charge the full price for the heaviest item and discount any others
I obtain proof of posting for each item but if you require insurance for your items please contact me and I will advice you of the cost. This will cover you if items are lost in the post.
Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them and you must email me to tell me you are returning the item and why (this is just to help me provide a better quality service to you) and include the orginal invoice slip that was sent with the item
All items must be returned in perfect, unused condition in their original packaging.
If the item is non-returnable e.g. earrings etc it will be noted in the main text of the listing
If the items are listed as used/seconds then they are automatically non returnable and sold as seen
I am not responsible for any of the P&P charges on returns and replacements
I strongly advise that your purchase insurance through recorded delivery for UK items (it only costs an extra 70p) and airsure for international buyers (costs given on request). This covers you if an item is lost by the postal service
Please be aware that items listed as used are non-retunable so ask any questions before bidding. I am a friendly seller and will help as much as I can. P&P has been kept to a minimum and the weight of the parcel will direct what service is used. Multiple buys may be sent in separate parcels to keep costs to a minimum
I obtain proof of posting for every item but please that Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 15 working days after posting it.
As part of their undelivered item investigations Royal Mail will you require to sign and return a legally binding statement that the item was not delivered and may also telephone you.
In reality I have very few items go astray as I include a return address on my items
