Thanks for reading my "about me" page. My name is Jil, and I live on the Oregon Coast in the middle of 7 1/2 acres of forest here, on a beautiful little creek called Crystal Creek. I have been buying and selling on ebay for many years now.
I sell a wide variety of items for both myself, friends, and family. Some are new, many are used. Please ask if you have concerns or questions about this before you bid. I am also a trading assistant for ebay. So by all means, drop me an email if you would like to talk to me about selling for you.
I do my best and disclose any problem or flaw that I find. If perhaps, I do overlook something, please let me know. A neutral or negative should only be left if you're unable to work things out with your seller. We're human too, and on occasion, even the best sellers miss a small flaw.
~~About shipping~~~
I ship all around the world and have never had a problem. My home is smoke free, and if I find any sign of smoke any of my finds, I will disclose that. My own home isn't pet free. I have two llamas, 3 dogs and 3 cats! But I do my best to keep everything up high and away from my pets. So far, it has never been an issue with anyone.
~~About combined shipping~ YES! I love to combine shipping for you. I will gladly wait until you are done, just drop me an email so I know you are still waiting for other auctions to close.
~~Regarding feedback~~
Due to past experiences, I only leave feedback after it's been left for me. I've wasted too much time on people who do not reciprocate, and have even had buyers try to blackmail me for refunds, etc. with threats of a negative comment. So, I had to set a policy awhile back that I only leave it after it's been left for me.
If you happen to have a problem, are not pleased, or feel I have made a boo boo, PLEASE contact me before leaving your negative or neutral. I have dealt with several meanies lately who seem to think it's appropriate just to leave a nasty comment, without giving me the benefit of the doubt. This really applies to any seller out there. Most of us have other jobs, families, etc. Most are not out to gouge you, or be dishonest. But the reality is that we are human and can make a mistake. Communication is really the key to a successful ebay experience.
~~About Ending an auction early~~
I rarely end an auction early. I work for too many people and cannot contact everyone, everytime a buyer emails me to end an auction early. So, I set that policy awhile back too. My items run the full course of their listing.
~~Regarding Refunds~~
I will only issue a refund if I have made an error or am in the wrong. Please remember to email and ask all questions before you bid. This is an auction format. At most auctions, all sales are final. Please do not expect an auction format to work just like a retail store in this regard. I am more than happy to answer any question you might have. You need to know all you can about an item, so you can make an educated decision as to whether to bid or not.
~~Regarding International Shipments~~
I love shipping internationally! Please let me know if you prefer air or surface or global Priority. I would ask though, that if you go with surface, that insurance be purchased. I've had that means take up to 3 months! Also, please do not ask me to falsify customs forms. I get this nearly every week, and I will not do it. If you cannot afford to pay your country's customs taxes, then please do not bid.
Please take a peek at my auctions and do stop back again. I have a lot of returning customers now, and I am grateful for each and everyone. And of course it's wonderful to have new visitors and bidders too.
Many thanks and have a wonderful FALL!!
~~Jil~~ PS. I've been asked about the photo above. I shot this one, in Bandon, Oregon. This is pretty close to my home, on the S. Oregon Coast. It is the beach there, which is absolutley as lovely in person as it is in this shot.
