This is on the basis that the customer has taken the responsibilty of not allowing the plants to dry out or have been ravaged by animals, or mowen down with your grass cutter. If your house is hit by an earthquake, landslippage or flood your responibility to your plants will probably be the last thing on you mind. However I will not be refunding money for acts of nature outside of my control

I include the costs of the packing material in the postage and packing charge.

Normally I post 1st Class, sometimes I will offer 2nd Class, Standard Parcels or Courier.

I do offer a combined postage on multiple purchases, however, I manage this manually as different plants cost different amounts to post. Also some plants can not be combined.

Free postal insurance is offered under £36 for UK shipping all other insurance will be offered subject to the purchace price |

Please note that I grow the plants myself and are products from my garden. So if they will grow up here in the North east of Scotland it is only probable to suggest that they will grow in the rest of the united kingdom.Unless otherwise stated plants are sold as singles and pots are not supplied.
Shipment to countries outside the UK will only be done on the basis that the customer takes the full responsiblity for ensuring that the items being shipped meet the country's statutory regulations and assume full responsibility for pying any import duties and liabilities. Products will only be shipped through airmail services and prices are subject to change
Some packages like bay trees and Rosemary and Lavander cost more to package due to their height and weight
