THE WAR ROOM My name is Jim Moffitt and I own the war room. My passion has allways been radical high performance engines since the early sixties .I,ve built and raced almost everything on wheels and water and now I,m going to build all those nostalgic man-o-war engines from the past with modern day technology and sell them through my e-bay store so that this genaration can see and expierience what I did so long ago.
