The Used Clothing Co.
A few months ago our family suffered an unexpected decrease of income
due to a recent job change. Although we really didn't feel the impact
immediately, we quickly realized that we were headed towards financial
trouble in the months to come. We had to think of something. Something
quick that could provide us with a substantial amount of income to at
least break even on the bills.
My wife and I decided we could sell the things we didn't need or use at
home anymore. But where would we sell these items? Our first thought
was.. "a garage sale". Then I told my wife, " what about Ebay?" and
she said, " I don't really know much about ebay but why don't you do
a little research and find out what we need. So I did. And after a
little research we realized that it was way better to sell on ebay
than to do a garage sale.
We started posting up our DVD's, Games, cellphones, some clothing we
had, books, and everything we didn't need or used in our home.
When everything turned out better than expected, my wife and I
decided that we had to find something we could sell on a consistent basis.
Well, about a day later my brothers best buddy came by to say hello.
At first I didn't think anything of it but all of a sudden I remembered
that he owned a used clothing warehouse. I went inside the house and started
to research used clothing on ebay. After hours of studying the market we came
to the conclusion that we would sell used jeans. I phoned my wife and
asked what she thought of it and she quickly agreed that it would be a
good investment.
The next day we went over to the warehouse and spoke to my brothers
friend about our current situation and what we had in mind. He was very
generous and attentive to our needs. He gave us a really good price on the jeans.
So what did we do? You guessed it! We started our Ebay business!
I am happy to say that we sold over 200 pairs of jeans in the first 30-45
days since we started our used jeans business. Our store sells used levi
jeans, abercrombie jeans,GAP jeans, Polo jeans, Calvin klein jeans,
eddie bauer jeans, Old Navy jeans,and many more!!
We also offer bulk rates ranging from as little as 20 jeans up to 200 jeans.
These are grade A and grade B jeans. Grade A being Excellent used condition
( very little signs of wear and tear ) and grade B in good condition with
minimal signs of wear, fade, holes and light stains. All these jeans
are sellable on Ebay and all are brand name. Just look at our store!
