We sell multiple objects(new and used;we always mention the real current state in witch the object is) from a variety of categories,but mainly we are selling art works,such as pictures,icons on wood or other art objects or objects that are related to the art,culture&education and collectibles categories,but not only this...we sell also products or objects that we don't need them anymore(but in a great and new state) at a fair and honest price,both for buyer and seller.

Although we live in Romania(European Union(EU) state,member since 2007;member of NATO(North Atlantic Treaty Organization) since 2003.),we have a big experience in buying/selling online from/on international or national websites specialized in all type of auctions.Also we run several e-commerce websites and we know how important it is to be very serious in your business,to try to satisfy your customers in order to the to buy from you next time also…

Payment
We accept payments only in Paypal(preferred), or Moneybookers, (at this moment). I find that this affords potential buyers with the widest range of payment options (PayPal balance, Bank Account Transfer or Credit Card( CC )) while providing both parties(buyers&sellers) with a high level of protection. It's also just easier and faster,and not to forget to mention:secure.

We have Paypal and Moneybookers Verified Accounts.So have trust in us and in our services we provide.

The payment must be done within 7 days(1 week) after the auction ends.(…but we will accommodate to special circumstances on a case-by-case basis).

In future we will accept other methods of payment.(Money order /Cashier's check or Personal check,but remember these methods of payment are not available now).

Shipping

All the items that we have in our auctions we ship them Internationally(Worldwide).

We ship the items only with the Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service(we ship the items as an External(International) Postal Package(Packet)-Priority Envelope with the Romanian National Post(Posta Romana;click here to view their official website).The shipping arrives in 10-14 lucrative days(This is a standard-usual time…it may take more or less time depending on the world you live in).

We ship every Wednesday between 9:30 and 11:30(GMT+2). (International - For Non-EU Community Countries).

We ship every day(Monday-Friday) between 8:00 and 13:00(GMT+2).(For EU Community Countries).

We ship every day (Monday-Friday) between 7:00 and 20:00(GMT+2).(For Romania Only).

We ship the same day if we receive the total payment(item(s) price & shipping tax) before 8:30(GMT+2),Wednesday.(International - For Non-EU Community Countries).

For Romanian & EU Community Members, we ship the item(s) the same day if we receive the total payment(item(s) price & shipping tax) before 12:30(GMT+2).

We always respond to every E-Mail, IM Message or Skype Call 24/7. We always contact you after you win / we win an auction.We understand that a very good business can be done only with a very good communication from both sides.

Return Policy(Refund)
