I am a strong believer in the Military and our Uniformed personnel.
We all need Doctors, Nurses, Certified Nursing assisstants, we need Police Officers, Sheriffs and Deputies and State Police and Patrol Officers, we also need Security Personnel.
I have been in Security for more than 20 years. Working for Large and small companies and corporations. I have freelanced myself out on a number of occassions.
There are alot of professional people in uniformed services, many are family people, some are single. I have encountered plenty of nice people and plenty that are questionable. My only conclusion is this: Don't take it so personal, it's only business! Cussing and swearing are a fact of life, don't take it personal, 2 or 3 illicit words are used to make you move 1st so they can claim self defense. If someone says something nasty about your family drop it, like steve winwoods song: just roll with it baby. Keep that in mind, stay cool. Do not give in to the temptation of catching them later.
There is always some big mouth, or loud mouth who is quick to poke or jab at you. Roll with it...let it go. Hold no hostility, keep a clear head. Later on, you may see the same person in a traffic accident-offer assisstance if you can. Because when they are out of the hospital, and they are thanking the people who helped, and they see you, they will remember you are the one who kept cool, when they didn't...you are to be the straight shooter, the honest one, like Christ said: for many are called, but few are truely chosen...
